We received incredible service from Noya from buying the car right through to the after sales department. We were always treated with a friendly polite and professional attitude
Unfortunately we had a problem with the car 3 months post purchase. We contacted Noya and I spoke to a lovely Lady called Nick she was so very helpful
To cut a long story short she arranged for my car to be picked up from Liverpool. The repaired it within the week and returned it back. I'm one very happy customer

DO NOT BUY!! worst car garage in the world wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy brought a car from noya in july have had nothing but issues since 12 hours after i brought the car and as they had my money by that point they did not care at all until i wrote a review funny enough they said if we fix your car will you remove your review i said yes they took my car back after months of ringing them every day to try and fix it they had it for a week after trying to push the blame on to me and trying to charge me £445 to fix the car that had PRE EXISTING ISSUE when they sold it to me?🤣i refused to pay this they “fixed” my car news flash they didn’t i still have the same issue and now the car doesn’t even start what a waste of money i have taken it to 3 different garages down where i live they all have absolutely no idea what is wrong with it is proper broken. On another note the customer service is absolutely repulsive especially Nic from after sales absolutely vile the way she spoke to me i left that phone call in tears she was so patronising and just so rude with comments like “you can have your broken car back and never contact us again LOVE” and “IM GOING TO END THE PHONE ON YOU NOW LOVE” and constantly laughing down the phone at me? I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy a car from them if you want to keep yourself sane. I have spoken to the finance company and am taking the matter into my own hands as it is appalling how i have been treated by noya motor group

Messaged the garage after spotting a car I liked on the website. Arranged a viewing and spotted a few issues with the car. Agreed a price and for the few issues to be sorted which they did with no quibbles. Particularly good help from Dariusz and Jakub who made the purchase and pick up process pleasant. Car was immaculate and clean, been detailed to a good standard. Very pleased

Tulica Bogdan at Noya Motor Group has been nothing but outstanding for me. I arrived to view a golf gtd, that had a few minor imperfections on the door and bumper, and to say that it is now flawless for me is an understatement, and all this couldn’t of happened without Tulica’s high level of hospitality and care. My overall experience at Noya Motor Group has been perfect, with them even picking me up from the train station when i needed it. I couldn’t recommend them anymore.

Tulica made my ease of buying with nmg amazing and even adressed issues with the car through the workshop I hadn’t even noticed very honest and straightforward sale

So pleased we came across this dealership after having a terrible experience with a different dealership. I enquired through email about a car and was called back promptly by Jakub. Questions on the car was answered and any pictures were sent over. We went and had a look and was reassured any issues would be resolved. We booked an aa inspection to be sure. There wasn't many and was sorted out before pick up. Jakub was a really good help and I would recommend this dealership

🚫 WARNING: Avoid NMG Car Dealership at All Costs 🚗
I purchased a vehicle from NMG, and within 24 hours, the engine management light came on. Concerned, I took the car to a trusted garage—only to find out that the coil springs were fractured. What’s even more alarming is that this vehicle supposedly passed an MOT on the same day I bought it.
❗ How does a car with broken coil springs pass an MOT? This raises serious questions about the integrity of the inspection and the safety of the vehicles sold.
This isn't just disappointing—it's potentially dangerous. If you've bought from NMG and experienced similar issues, please report the dealership to the DVSA. It’s crucial to hold sellers accountable who are putting people’s safety at risk.
📢 I'm in the process of reporting this as a suspected MOT scam and will also notify DVSA about the possibility of unsafe or illegal parts being sold.

Spoke with tulica and he has brilliant customer service made us all laugh and gave us all water and made us feel welcome 100% recommend speaking with tulica if you come down
