I used ChatGPT to compare various surveyor example reports, and NJS was by far the most detailed. They were able to perform the survey promptly and provided the level of detail I was hoping for (Level 3 RICS) and then were able to provide additional clarification promptly on my follow up questions

NJS Property Group's quote for the level 3 survey was the lowest compared to all other quotes I received from the survey compare website. Ruby was very helpful in explaining about the survey and the process. the transaction was very quick and done in a professional way via my account. Ruby was able to provide availability of the surveyor and also managed to get it booked directly with the agent. Lastly, the surveyor called me on the day after the survey to give me initial feedback and findings which was very helpful.

We have had no issues, everything we asked for has been done. Communication has been good, we were called and asked if there were any specifics we wanted the surveyor to focus on or any concerns we had. As well as receiving a written report, we had a telephone call to go through the report content and had the opportunity to ask any questions. Exactly what we needed.

NJS offered a really competitive quote and were very quick and responsive when it came to getting the survey booked in. The team were easy to communicate with when I had some questions prior to booking and kept us up to date with when the survey would take place. We got the survey report within 3 working days. Although the survey report was comprehensive I’ve found it a bit difficult to get hold of surveyor to ask some follow up questions - several times we have agreed a time to discuss the results but they have failed to call me and we have to keep rescheduling which is a little frustrating. Overall a positive experience.

NJS were very quick with providing me quotes for different levels of survey for my house purchase as well as speedy on booking in the survey itself. The surveyor messaged me the evening of the survey to report to me on his findings and talked through the findings on the phone including how much any repairs would be. After an initial call and chat, I felt assured that NJS would do a thorough and quality job. They were also keen to arrange a review call with me and quickly provided the full report a few days after.

We found NJS very easy to communicate with, responsive and patient whilst we were organising our survey. On the day, the surveyor was good and keeping us updated with progress, having to also deal with a mislaid key, and provided the report within a few working days as promised.
