Had my bike repaired at canary wharf nip nip, was great service provided by Josh yesterday. The guy was multi tasking while repairing and helping /booking other customers coming every 5 mins in the rush hour. Was wearing a mask, very polite and skilled to fix the issue for me in no time.

I have been to nip nip twice now
I have been to nip nip twice now, first time i had no appointment and they fitted me in. Very knowledgable, friendly staff that won't sell you anything you dont really need. Competitive prices too.

Toby at NIp Nip was fantastic
Toby at NIp Nip was fantastic: helpful, friendly and efficient. He did a couple of tweaks on my bike in no time. It's great to have this shop round the corner on Great Suffolk Street - a real asset to the local community.

Great service!
Dropped my bike off at NipNip Tower Bridge earlier today. The guy who had a look at the bike was really nice and professional (his name was Tarren if I remember correctly). They currently offer free winter checks and I can highly recommend. I wanted to give them a tip but he just said I should come back for a big check later in the year and then pay for that one - I will definitely do that! 😊👍🏻

Amazing customer service and knowledge
I popped in Nipnip borough after work as the tyres on my escooter looked deflated. I was met by a gentleman who was extremely polite, very efficient and helpful. He was able to inflate my tyres in seconds, give me advice on how to maintain them and identified a problem that had caused my scooter to be rubbing poorly. Even though they don't do repairs on escooters and he didn't need to help me, he recommended where to go and what to ask for. Amazing customer service, thank you so much!
