So far, the customer support has been excellent. I've encountered a few small system bugs here and there, but nothing major. For example, I configured my email accounts using IMAP, and during the setup test everything appeared to be configured correctly. However, the emails are not showing up in my inbox, so I reached out to support for assistance.

What I really love is how the entire system has been designed and organized. It's intuitive, well thought out, and very convenient to use. You can tell a lot of effort has gone into creating a streamlined user experience.

One feature I would love to see added is more advanced contact filtering options, especially the ability to search contacts by tags. That would be extremely useful for managing and segmenting contacts more efficiently.

I'll share more feedback as I continue using the platform, but for now I'm giving it 5 stars because it's incredibly useful, well designed, and shows a lot of promise.

Getting started with NinjaPipe has been really easy, there's incredibly responsive support when either I don't understand something or something goes wrong or when a feature request is implemented, and so far I've really enjoyed the app.
Seems like improvements are implemented often, I'm looking forward to seeing how far this comes in the future, considering how strong it seems to be starting.

The Support is quick! The tool is really worth the price. It has all the options to manage your CRM, automations, etc
