Used company for nearly a year and was just blown away by their actions.
I used NinjaBot ai for a year. Loved their products and their software. They made a mistake (and broke some advertising laws) and I pointed it out to them, instead of making it right which would have been very simple. They just canceled my account.
They did do a refund but only partially which is really strange.
It's just my first week.. but this support team is amazing. I had a few kinks in startup..I text them in telegram and within minutes they would ask me to share my computer.. and they fix the problem even quicker.. thank you so much.
The experience with these guys was great! They are not only selling an application, but a full support. I`m really glad with their service.
So I LOVE ninjabot Ai. For the price you pay and the service and bots you get, it's worth it. I have over 14 options to choose from with them. And alot of them are customizable. I do the "Range Bot" and Matrix Bot" for the overnight UK/Asia Market. "Trend" and "Momentum" for the NY market. And all the Passbots that help me pass EVAL Accounts. There Discord is great. They let us share and tweak the our settings. And I have passed many accounts using them. MANY. I am a lifer with them. I got the LIFETIME membership. Because I know they will constantly be updating their system ad bringing in new BIOTS as the prop firms change and evolve. I can't say enough good things about them. While other places charge a gazillion $$$ for crap- these guys give me my money's worth and then some!
I’m just an average guy who spent 4 years trying everything in trading—options, forex, all kinds of bots, groups, you name it. Nothing worked, and I lost way too much money trying to become a trader. It’s a tough world.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Experience with NinjaBot AI!
I’ve had an excellent experience with NinjaBot AI so far. First and foremost, the customer service has been outstanding. Anytime I’ve needed help or had questions, the support has been responsive, helpful, and genuinely interested in making sure everything is running correctly.
The algorithm performance so far has been really nice, and I love the way the entire system is set up. Instead of being locked into one bot or one trading style, you have multiple strategies to choose from depending on the type of market we’re currently in. That flexibility is one of my favorite things about NinjaBot AI.
One thing I think is important for anyone considering automated trading to understand is that the results aren’t solely up to the bots. You still have a responsibility as the trader/account owner to understand the current market environment and choose the appropriate strategy to run on your accounts. Knowing whether the market is trending, ranging, volatile, etc. can make a big difference in deciding which bot/strategy makes the most sense.
I actually really like this approach because it gives you automation without completely removing the human decision-making process.
The Discord community is also awesome. There’s a great group of people sharing information, discussing strategies, helping each other, and learning how to get the most out of the system.
Overall, I’m extremely happy with NinjaBot AI so far. Great customer service, a great community, strong algorithm performance, and an impressive selection of strategies that allow you to adapt to different market conditions.

Fast Support, and i've been having consistent payout with their strategies, a really good choice
I signed up for the yearly plan. I put the strategies on my evaluation accounts and they were blown in minutes of market open. I emailed support the day after payment asking for a refund, which they eventually agreed to but never actually gave me. They have a “14-day money back guarantee” on the site. Do not trust anything they say, avoid like the plague.
Update: they gave me the refund eventually (after opening a dispute with Capital One and emailing them 4 or 5 times asking for it). But now they've emailed me 3 times and called me once to alter or remove this review, so it's going to stay just like this.

You purchased NinjaBot AI on July 9, 2026 and contacted our support team the following day requesting cancellation and a refund. Our team responded promptly, located your account, canceled your access, and forwarded your request to our financial department for processing.
Regarding the statement that the strategies “blew” two evaluation accounts within minutes, our execution records do not match that description. The records available to our team show that the accounts associated with the bot activity successfully reached evaluation approval.
We also offer individual onboarding to new customers specifically to help with installation, strategy configuration, and risk management before the system is used. In this case, the recommended onboarding process was skipped entirely.
Most importantly, despite the statement in this review that the refund was never provided, the refund was in fact processed after the administrative review was completed.
We understand that automated trading may not be the right fit for every trader, which is precisely why we provide training, onboarding, technical support, and a refund process. We remain committed to handling customer concerns professionally and transparently.
