Terrible customer service. Terrible at replying to emails. Sent my purchase back in exchange for a bigger size but I am yet to hear back after multiple emails and that was over 2 months ago. Shocking

Initially I was so impressed with the customer service as I made an error when ordering and it was resolved really quickly allowing me to add to my order but I think it was just to take more money from me.
Delivery is supposed to arrive in UP TO 12 working days, I’m now on day 18 (post has been today so may as well call it day 19!!) and no delivery and no reply to my emails despite saying it would be looked into.
Bought for my son’s birthday and it’ll now be too late to source elsewhere so I’m pretty disappointed. I would think twice before ordering from here and definitely don’t order if you’re in a hurry.

Updated review
Well, I previously wrote a negative review because I didn’t get my tracking I paid for and had to keep emailing customer service and the shirt went past its expected delivery date.
Well it finally arrived a week late. Took over 3 weeks from the date I initially ordered. This part was not good and the fact I paid extra for tracking and didn’t receive this. The customer service was very good and always responded quickly.
The shirt finally arrived and I must say, whilst they are in visually not the original, they are very good. So I thought best to write a fair updated review. If you are looking to purchase, maybe do this a month or so in advance if for a special occasion.

Paid for tracking on an arsenal shirt…
Paid for tracking on an arsenal shirt and have yet to receive it more than 2 weeks after ordering. Last update was that it was on a plane from China which was over a week ago. I paid extra to ebe able to track it also. Please can someone contact me with an update

You are failing to deliver the online orders.
I've been waiting for this order since September 30th and it hasn't been delivered. I left a review on the shop's website and sent them an email, and I also reported it to my bank so they could contact you. I need to know what happened?

After investigating the issue, I can confirm that your items were held up in customs longer than expected, which unfortunately caused the delay in delivery. The good news is that your parcel has now cleared customs and is currently tracking as being at your local processing centre. It should be out for delivery very soon.

Took a couple of weeks to come
Took a couple of weeks to come. Shirts were good, but a few aspects of them make them not authentic/ brand quality, things like seam stitching in a couple of places doesn’t seem 100%.
I liked them and the sizing was good, ordered a large and they size matched that sending out an XL, obviously where it comes from as that would be massive in UK but size was spot on.
