Misleading Shipping Expectations & Delayed Delivery
I placed an order for supplements through ninelife.my, expecting a domestic Malaysian shipment based on the website’s wording (“Currently, we ship within Malaysia”) and the fact that prices are listed in RM with free shipping.
However, after more than three weeks, my tracking shows the shipment is still in the United States. There was no clear disclosure during checkout that the products would be dispatched internationally, which significantly affects delivery time.
Additionally, my order was not shipped in full. The supplements were sent separately without prior notice, and there was no indication at the time of purchase that any items were out of stock. I was not informed that the order would be split.
While free shipping is offered, the lack of transparency about international fulfillment and delayed dispatch is disappointing. Customers should be clearly informed if products are shipping from overseas so they can make an informed decision.
I hope the company improves transparency around stock availability, shipping origin, and realistic delivery timelines.
