I am writing this email out of sheer…

I am writing this email out of sheer frustration regarding the repeated weight disputes raised on my shipments. What is even more unacceptable is that these disputes are being raised after 15–20 days of booking, which is both unreasonable and highly unprofessional.

I have always declared the size and weight details accurately at the time of booking, and I also maintain clear proof images for every parcel. It is truly disappointing to see that, without providing any proper proof from your side, you continue to raise these disputes. This practice not only causes financial loss but also completely breaks the trust I had in your platform.

It almost feels like you assume I have no proof on my side — but let me be very clear, I have strong evidence for every shipment and I will not accept these baseless disputes.

I demand that you:

Immediately re-check and reverse these disputes.

Refund the wrongly deducted amounts back to my wallet.

Ensure that such delayed and baseless disputes do not happen again.

“I am extremely disappointed with this service. I have always entered parcel details, including size and weight, accurately and honestly. Despite this, disputes are suddenly being raised on multiple past shipments without any proper justification or proof. It appears to be a concerning pattern where lower shipping rates are offered initially, and after 1–2 months, disputes are raised in bulk (sometimes 10–30 parcels in a single day). Most of these claims are rejected without clear explanation, which raises serious concerns about transparency. This approach feels unfair and gives the impression that disputes are being used as a way to increase profits rather than resolve genuine issues. I request the team to provide proper evidence and detailed clarification for each dispute. Until then, this experience has been highly unprofessional and disappointing.”

Service couldn't get worse

I am writing to formally complain about my shipment.
Marking this as “consignee unavailable” is completely false. No one contacted me, and no delivery attempt was made. This is not a misunderstanding, it is a clear failure on your end.
If you are unable to perform the most basic responsibility of a delivery service, actually attempting a delivery, then you should stop presenting yourselves as one. Customers rely on accurate updates and genuine delivery efforts, not fabricated statuses.

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent order, #1865.

Upon receiving the delivery, I opened the box in the presence of the delivery person and discovered several significant issues. Although the packaging was Sony branded, the item inside appears to be a local, duplicate product with no logo and a very poor finish.

Furthermore, while I ordered a Bose Bluetooth device, the product I received is dirty and was delivered without an invoice or bill.

Given that these items are incorrect and appear to be counterfeit, I request an immediate resolution, such as a full refund or a replacement with the authentic product I originally ordered. Please let me know the next steps for returning the incorrect items.

Dear Irwin, Despite multiple escalations to you, your team, and on social media, nothing has improved. Maximum orders end up as RTO, causing huge losses. My genuine complaints are deleted from your posts. No call-backs, no resolutions — only excuses. All previously shared AWB numbers remain unresolved. Nimbus Post is fraudulent, fake, and should be ashamed of such unethical practices. I strongly urge others to avoid your service. Resolve my pending RTO issues immediately with a written action plan, or I will proceed with public and legal escalation. Dont delete my comment. You all are fooling people. SCAMMERS, this company is a total scammer, they just give you hopes no work is done. TEam is of no use they dont pcik call dont respond to anything. Just will trick you always. Gautam & sujit is the team i was working with spend laskh & lost lakhs with nimbus post. I can share details if anyone has any doubt. these are just scammers. Dont even reply properly they will call you only if you add any wrong review then they will do things in a day but they everyone will ghost you for all the things.

The worst service you can ever expect from a shipping service provider. Their account managers are just useless and namesake, neither do they give resolutions to your queries nor do they even pick your calls. Mr. Gyan Prakash being our account manager has just been so careless that we have lost money just for his carelessness. So before you plan to use NimbusPost be ready to get the worst service and lose money! All parcels get fake weight discrepancies and they're looting money in this way!
