Beautiful jewellery and super customer service

I bought a few pieces of jewellery over the past couple of years, for different occasions. Each time the service provided has been impeccable. I’m always kept up to date via emails on the journey of the ordered item, from the warehouse until it’s delivered.
The quality of the jewellery is amazingly very high. Its robust, hardwearing and beautiful It’s always gift wrapped and ready to present to a loved one.
The last item I ordered arrived in less than 24 hours, which was very pleasing as I needed it as an Eid gift.
I couldn’t ask for more!

Really happy with my purchase ❤️

I recently purchased a few pieces from Nimah, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience.

The jewellery is absolutely stunning — beautifully crafted and clearly made with great attention to detail. The quality exceeded my expectations and the pieces feel truly special to wear.

The packaging was also lovely and added a really special touch when opening it. Everything about the experience felt thoughtful and high-quality.

I would highly recommend Nimah to others, and definitely look forward to purchasing from them again ❤️

Honestly, the jewelry I bought from Bynimah is the best. So unique, original and most importantly spiritually meaningful. They are so well done and look so good that I don’t take them off.

Emad really went out his way to source what I wanted and deliver it to me in time and even gifting one for my own daughter - stellar customer service and I look forward to purchasing from them again. Be Careful - Nimah Arabic jewellery

Ordered quite a few pieces of jewellery on 28th November and still have not received my order with the Royal Mail tracking constantly saying they are waiting to receive the parcel. Really really disappointed as Nimah had been recommended by a friend. These are Christmas gifts that I’m now concerned I will not get. Do not use. Scam.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, I’m really sorry to hear about the frustration this caused, especially with the order being intended as Christmas gifts.

I’d like to clarify a few important points for transparency. According to Royal Mail tracking, your parcel was delivered successfully and left in a safe place. During the peak Christmas period, Royal Mail (and other couriers) do unfortunately experience delays and tracking backlogs, where scans don’t always update in real time , this can understandably cause concern.

We dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days, and our stated delivery timeframe is 4–8 working days. Your order was delivered within this timeframe, even with seasonal courier delays outside of our control.

We completely understand how stressful delivery uncertainty can be, and we’re always here to help investigate or support if there’s a genuine issue. However, we take accusations of being a “scam” seriously, as this does not reflect our service, our dispatch records, or the confirmed delivery in this case.

Awful Customer Service

I placed an order for a Arabic letter necklace and bracelet. I realised straight after I ordered incorrect letter. I contacted customer service there was no reply. I sent numerous emails then someone replied back name 'Cathy' and she said she will get back to me and I heard nothing since. Its been nearly 3 weeks I placed the order. I have received the item but not what I wanted. Customer service is absolutely useless. I waited all this time because they have not rectified hence why I am giving 1 star. Its a shame, they need to improve on their service. Will not be shopping again. In the past i purchased quite few items from them. Will not be using them again. Very DISSAPOINTED!

You’re absolutely right that there was a delay in communication at the start, and for that, I apologise. This is something we’ve been actively working to improve, particularly during a very busy period for our team.

That said, I do want to clarify for anyone reading this that we did resolve this matter directly with you, and an appropriate solution was offered and accepted. I’m really glad we were able to sort this out to your satisfaction in the end, even though the journey there wasn’t as smooth as it should have been.

Selvom hjemmesiden er reel nok og…

Selvom hjemmesiden er reel nok og smykkerne er godt produceret er virksomhedens respons tid utrolig langsom.

Har siden starten af oktober fået intet svar eller opdatering på min ordre. Jeg har heller ikke fået nogen refundering eller forklaring på hvad der er sket.

Tak for din feedback, og jeg er ked af den frustration, den manglende kommunikation har skabt.

For at give lidt kontekst opstod der forvirring, da ordren blev ændret efter, at produktionen allerede var gået i gang, hvilket desværre gjorde processen mere kompliceret end normalt. Det førte til forsinkelser, mens vi gennemgik sagen og fandt den rigtige løsning.

Når det er sagt, tager vi fuldt ansvar for, at vores kommunikation ikke var hurtig eller tydelig nok undervejs. Til sidst blev der udstedt en refundering for den dobbelte ordre, men vi forstår godt, at manglen på opdateringer gjorde oplevelsen utilfredsstillende.

Vi er i gang med at udvide og forbedre vores kundeservice, så vores svartider og kommunikation bliver markant bedre fremover. Jeg beklager, at dette ikke levede op til forventningerne, og håber, at vi får mulighed for at give dig en bedre oplevelse næste gang.

I initially ordered the wrong letter…

I initially ordered the wrong letter necklace, but I got in touch with Nimah’s customer service and Emad was exceptional in helping me exchange it for the correct one. I mentioned that I was flying out in a few days, and he made sure to have the new necklace sent to me before my trip, which was incredibly helpful. I would highly recommend shopping with Nimah!

I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Emad for being extremely helpful :)

Sadly all went well until I needed…

Sadly all went well until I needed support from customer service. The piece I ordered was delivered to the wrong address, thats on Royal Mail. I’m very dissatisfied with the fact I have written two emails to get this resolved and I have not had a single reply to get this in motion. Not very impressed.

Thank you for sharing your experience, and I’m genuinely sorry for the frustration this situation caused.

To clarify, Royal Mail confirmed the parcel as delivered with proof, which means it was unfortunately a courier error rather than an issue on our side. Despite this, and as a gesture of goodwill, we offered and arranged a replacement order so you wouldn’t be left without your piece, even though the order was not technically eligible for a refund once marked as delivered.

I do apologise if our communication during this process didn’t feel clear or timely enough, that’s something we’re actively working on improving as we scale our customer support.

We always aim to be fair and supportive in situations like this, especially when delays or delivery issues are caused by couriers outside of our control. If you’d like to continue the conversation or need further assistance, you’re welcome to reach out to us directly.
