I cannot recommend the team at Nikki Homes highly enough! From the initial valuation meeting done by Nikki, I was left feeling confident that the team would do a great job. Linda looked after my listing, and arranging viewings, clearly taking a genuine interest in ensuring that the quality of viewings was as high as possible, and we were able to secure an offer from our first weekend of viewings. Linda then took great care in managing our acceptance, before Fiona handled the Sales Negotiations and kept us informed at every step.

The next time I am either buying or selling, my very first port of call will be Nikki Homes and I would recommend anyone else in the area to do the same!

We had a fairly tricky sale, but the team were brilliant throughout, Nikki reviewing our options for us and Fi seeing it through to the end for us. They were always quick to respond, pushing for updates from all involved and kept us updated, working hard to keep things moving when challenges came up.

I was a first time seller of a property, completely unsure about the procedures, and from start to finish, they have been wonderful including through an initial would-be buyer withdrawal. Sent notification of being a lead tenant in a property in Stratford I have no link to.
Unclear which option to select when I called to notify the business. When I did get through to inform them of their mistake and that Flat C Cyver House 14 Woodlands Road S-O-A was nothing to do with me, they told me they couldn't help me.

Really appreciate all Nikki’s efforts with the sale of my property. Great photography and professional service. She goes above and beyond to get the best price possible, I would definitely recommend.

After Nikki Reid's very good initial presentation (including very good Rightmove entry with professional photographs and video), viewing agent Linda Scherrer was also very good with the viewings and keeping in touch/keeping the sale moving - particularly important in a 4-property chain. We were previously let down badly by another agent (Stratford-upon-Avon's then largest agent), wasting a lot of time and legal fees re "buyers" who a major bank in the end would not lend to. Nikki Homes was altogether very much more professional and diligent than the other agent, achieving competing offers over the asking price in a short period and seeing the sale through to completion.

We had a great experience with Nikki Homes and are delighted with our move.
