It was amazing at how quickly you can get an appointment.
It is affordable.
The staff were amazing. I had Dr Akrim, he was so kind, patient and very understanding. He found the root cause to the issue. He took a small xray and emailed it to me so I can show my current dentist.
Overall they were very helpful.
I’d rather spend the £50 to be seen and have 30 minutes of their time, than wait for hours in A and E.

absolutely fabulous so quick tooth out in 20 minutes. It is expensive though but well worth the money

I had to go today for 2 extractions (both baby teeth in an adult mouth) one was cracked and infected the other had the start of an infection and both were painful. I am absolutely terrified of needles but I cannot fault the caring attitude of all involved. Yes it is expensive but you pay for the out of hours service and quick appointment. This is a Sunday and they had me in 2 hours. Would recommend but be aware of the high costs due to being out of hours and open all year round. I wish I caught the names of the dentists and the nurse who were there as they were really lovely and I would like to thank them for their care today

I had been suffering with the most horrendous toothache. I booked a same day appointment and saw Mr Kamal and the lovely Lauren the dental nurse. After taking an xray Mr Kamal went through my options and any costs.
My troublesome tooth was extracted with care and patience as it was a stubborn little thing!

I'm a very nervous patient and struggling with dental visits, but the receptionist really set the tone, she was friendly, cheerful and helpful. The dentist I saw was brilliant - he was calm and explained everything to me, the dental nurse was excellent too. I wasn't rushed at all. My notes and x-rays were emailed to me immediately after my visit and price wise, I payed £20 for the consultation which included my x-ray (The usual price is £50 but there's an offer on at the mo).
A great team - based on my experience, I would highly recommend.

Good service but very expensive for what you receive

I visited this dental clinic today due to severe tooth pain and left feeling very disappointed with the experience.

The dentist insisted that I either extract the tooth or proceed with a medicated filling, but I explained clearly that I already have a treatment plan scheduled in Turkey and did not want to do any irreversible procedure here. I only requested an antibiotic prescription to control infection and inflammation until my appointment abroad in 3 days time.

To my surprise, I was told I would need to pay an additional £75 just for the prescription, on top of the £45 I had already paid for the consultation. This was unexpected and unreasonable, especially since I came specifically because antibiotics cannot be obtained without a prescription.

I left without receiving the support I needed and felt that the focus was more on charging extra fees than helping the patient.

Unfortunately, this was a very poor experience. I hope this feedback helps others make informed decisions when choosing a dental clinic.

I was given no option other than to have two teeth removed, for £1200. I declined and visited my NHS dentist two days later (I collapsed the day after, so was in A and E), who prescribed antibiotics and could only find a problem with one tooth. After 5 days, the swelling subsided and the lump went down. Beware!

I received a message asking for further details, but no reply received. Beware!

After suffering with toothache for days, and the Ibuprofen no longer relieving the pain, I finally took the decision to put my fears to one side and visit an emergency dentist.

All I can say is I wish I came much sooner.
The dentist was fantastic! I can not recommend him enough.

I completed my work experience here and the staff were lovely and really accommodating to me, answering any questions I had about any procedures I saw. I found they were really supportive and were provided excellent services to any patients in a professional manner.

After suffering with pain from my wisdom tooth growing in on an angle, and having been messed around for all most 2 years through other dental practices, I thought I’d try night and day. I turned up for a consultation and was greeted by Jack the receptionist who handled all paper work smoothly and was told by Dr Karrar he and nurse Rachel could complete the surgery the same day, I was absolutely over the moon to have everything go so plain and simply from start to finish, no messing around, in and out and now healing up nicely. Thank you for your help I will defiantly Be back for my dental needs and would highly recommend anyone else in pain to give these a ring they will sort your needs out straight away

I had two teeth extracted at their Aigburth branch, £750 for this and xray. I still had pain around the tooth I originally attended with afterwards. I emailed several times. There is no phone other than a mobile which cut off. I spent nearly week in unbearable pain before being saved by the fantastic MyDentist in Wavertree. I had dry socket syndrome, a known side effect of extraction, a swollen face, and once they had my money I got NO HELP from 24/7 at all, not even the courtesy of a response.

Contacted this company as was in severe toothache got me in same day ehich was very happy about
On arrival the receptionist was very polite and good customer service after 5 ninutes the dentist called me which was dr shezad he was very polite took x rays told me everything and explained everything real good and i was real happy with there service

Was very concerned about a chipped front tooth, visited the dental practice with the intention of only getting an assessment, however ended up getting the tooth fully repaired as well. Quick, easy and friendly staff made this an enjoyable expereince

I was in desperate need for a tooth extraction with unbearable pain. Night & day Leicester got me in as soon as I could get there from Nuneaton. Ahmed explained everything so well and clearly. Did thorough tests and put me at ease. Along with Sahur they extracted the tooth in no time and put me out of pain immediately. Ahmed gave me clear aftercare instructions. I cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you both
