I LOST 240$

Scam. They charged us for the shoes and never sent them. When we contacted customer service, they responded that we did not have the needed information.

Definitely a scam. No email confirmation or anything. Had to cancel my card because of this site.

Totally Fake. You get an e-mail that it's shipped with no tracking number. Then you have to harass them with a tracking number but they don't provide the shipper info (the tracking number doesn't come up with legit shippers like USPS, FedEx, DHL, or UPS).

Then they provide a shipper by the name of AirForExpress which is allegedly shipping the product from Paris. The shoes were allegedly shipped on January 9th and then it goes through has various delays, such as Customs inspection - from my local city in Michigan, which I know doesn't have a customs inspection department, which took 10 days to complete this bogus inspection.

Finally the fake shipping company states that the item was out for delivery on February 8th, but somehow it didn't show up as delivered until February 9th... My local city is about 4 square miles - it doesn't take 2 days to deliver. Not surprisingly, the item never showed up - the delivery confirmation was totally fake. I disputed the charge on my credit card and fortunately my money is was refunded, but I'm posting here to try to prevent anyone else from buying from NighShop - They are a total scam.

Total Scam I lost a lot of money. No working phone number and tracking info doesn't exist. Do not use this company!

robbing pigs took my money, responded to one email and nothing since. phone number doesn't work either.

COMPLETELY BOGUS! I ordered $425 worth of shoes. The SAME woman as listed below in other posts is Mychell and she answered a few times. After I told her my credit co was going after them she sends me a number. “Tracking number” but didn’t send the name of the shipping company. LOL?!! How do I track that with no shipping company told to me?!What in the world?! I mailed her back so angry and she sent a link this next time from another laughable (bogus) company: airforexpress. It has a worse review than that criminal shoe seller. I ordered these on Dec 30. Haven’t heard or seen another indication that they are working on this. I know these will ever be sent. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Thieves. Shame on them.
PS: I just checked my login to see my order in my account on their page. Ordered Dec. 27, 2021. Status of order: Processing. What? A month later? “Processing? Lol. Wait. I thought they told me that they were sent ages ago by that bogus shipping company: airforexpress.

Nighshop is a total scam. My girlfriend bought a pair of shoes from the website and they totally stole her money. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. i so angry now

Mychelle Bell responded to a couple of emails saying to be patient. Once Christmas was over, the emails no longer got responded to and the phone number on the confirmation doesn't work. Thank you for taking my money and disappointing my daughter! Who does this!?!??

Order not received. Not responding to emails. I assume it’s a scam company and will be disputing charge with the credit card company.

Bad company!! I don’t think this is a real company, they won’t respond to any emails and all their phone numbers are fake. Do not order from them!!! This is a scam, you will never see your order!!!

Worst place EVER spent 200 dollars on a pair of shoes some lady name Mychelle was responding to me emails kept saying she would be me shipping information and never did it has been 8 weeks now since order was placed and still no shoes still no refund and now NOONE will respond to me emails at all. RUN RUN RUN ! I am going to put a group of other custumers together and organize a legal action suit against this NIGHshop if you are interested in joining that please contact me on FB under name Denise Bolen tried to put an email address in here but it wont let you!

Total SCAM! The addresses listed are not real store locations, it looks like the only real address is an apartment in LA. Did not receive an email confirmation and when I tried to call, the customer service number was a google voicemail box. I did send an email and a Jacob Felix responded saying I would receive tracking after the order was sent. No actual details like specifics of the order, order number, confirmation or tracking. Can’t believe this site is even still up!

Scam, don't deserve 1 star. My 14yr old daughter spent 70 bucks, her birthday money to buy a pair of shoes she's wanted for years. That was over 4 months ago. She was really looking forward to those shoes and has asked me to check on them every week.

Do not buy from this site, stay away if you don’t want to be scammed. I ordered converse 70 midnight clover for my daughter, when I paid for it about a minute later I got an email saying it was shipped with the order and tracking #. I thought that was weird because it was so fast so I checked the tracking # and it was fake it was from a package that was already delivered a month or so before in a total different state. I called the numbers on their site it is a google generated # I knew it was not going to go right after that, of course no one answers you have to leave a message so I emailed them I got a response back from a Mychelle saying they have been shipped but I have to wait to get the tracking # that makes no sense because they always give you the number right when you ship an item. On their site they say the item will ship in 7 business days and it’s a 3 day shipping. I ordered it on Dec 1st and now it’s the 15th, this “Mychelle” was responding to every email until I asked to cancel my order and want a refund because it never shipped by their specified shipping time. I am definitely going to dispute this charge on my credit card.
