My cabinet refacing project was 100% DIY. Tom was very helpful and patient. He met with me multiple times over Zoom to help me determine the fine details of updating our vintage cabinets with new doors and drawer fronts. Everything arrived as expected and installation was not challenging at all. My kitchen looks so modern now. I highly recommend Nieu for anyone bold enough to take on your own kitchen refacing project.

My new kitchen cabinet doors look fantastic! The customer service was outstanding. There were several months between my order and my install, and Nieu had no problem helping me, and making a couple of additional doors/drawer fronts as my project evolved.

I am loving my new cabinet doors. The entire process was simple and easy. Their order page made it simple to capture all the necessary measurements and details. It was also easy to reach out to a live agent for guidance and clarifications. The doors were very well packaged, beautiful and a perfect fit. I would definitely recommend ordering from Nieu.

I initially found the website overly complicated, so I decided to call and speak with someone directly. At first, the representative seemed a bit unsure why I was calling about ordering cabinet doors, but we eventually worked through it and I was transferred to a service person who was very helpful.

I attempted to place my order through the website again but still found the process confusing, so I emailed Tom with labeled photos and measurements. I appreciated that he was able to use those to put the order together for me. However, when I received the quote, I didn’t review it as carefully as I should have, and unfortunately an entire door was missed.

When the order arrived, not only was that door missing, but the hinges were as well. I called immediately and was then informed that the hinges ship separately—something that had never been communicated. After looking into it, the service representative discovered that the hinges hadn’t been shipped at all. She arranged expedited shipping and offered a discount on the missing door, which I appreciated.

That said, the situation did cost me money, as I had a contractor come to install the doors and had to send him away due to the missing parts.. and I had to wait another month to rent out my unit.

After a long process that started in mid-January, the final cabinet door is finally being installed today. While I’m very happy with the final product—it looks great and fits perfectly—the overall experience was frustrating due to the lack of communication and ordering issues.

Great Quality and Customer Service.

I received the doors and they looked great. They forgot to drill the bores for the hinges, but once I contacted them they apologized and offered to replace them.

Everything start to finish viewing, questions, ordering, delivery, and follow up were perfection! These cabinet doors are substantial, the paint finish is lux, the soft close hinges work as they should, and the end result looks sooo good! We feel like new parents who can’t stop watching their sleeping baby as we walk through our kitchen and admire our revitalized kitchen. (I’d post Before and After photos but don’t see anywhere to do that in the review.) Sure, the doors are tricky to install and line up perfectly. It took me hours, but the end result is beautiful. Highly recommend!

Straightforward experience with very thorough planning using our existing IKEA planner. Received everything as ordered and in timeframe ordered - which have found a rarity during this big renovation project we are currently in the process of working through. Would highly recommend this company and will soon be using them again for Ikea PAX systems.

As in my first review. I ordered 3 doors to replace Ikea style doors. They are built perfectly, color match was very close and fit as required. These doors have been off gassing for quite a while. I removed them in the beginning as the smell was pretty offensive. It was suggested to put some baking soda in the cabinet to reduce the odor. Re installed after being in the garage for 2 weeks and put Baking soda inside. still smells. Went on vacation for 14 days, left all doors wide open. Came home , closed the doors and they still smell. Not as bad now but still very noticeable. All the items kept inside this cabinet all smell of this.

They are beautiful. Had a bit of changes with the hinges - needing a bit bigger. Nieu was quick to reply and resent the larger hinges quickly and at no charge. I appreciate their professionalism.

We had a really great experience ordering our cabinet fronts from Nieu. The quality is excellent, and the finish looks great in person.

Also Nieu's customer service was fantastic. They were quick to answer questions, personally walked us through details, and worked with us closely to coordinate shipping.

The communication and attention with Tom was excellent, the installer Daniel was amazing. The selection of frames was varied and I opted for one custom colour and one of their offerings. Then timeline was right on target despite it being just before Christmas. The only negative comments I have are the stickers that are on the inside of each door are really difficult to remove and don't know why they couldn't instead use a transparent quick peel like they give you when you have an oil change. We never would have had the time to remove all of them but when we complained to Daniel he offered to remove them for us which was appreciated. Also 3 of the doors arrived with chips in them but that could have been the transportation company as Daniel said that was the first he has seen. They redid the doors for us and returned in a couple weeks. We are really happy with the outcome!

The technical and customer service support are fantastic. A real pleasure dealing with this company.

Great quality, counselling and communication throughout the process.
The reason why I do not give 5 stars is twofold:
- There was one small error in the placement of hinge bearing (we managed to drill new ones though)
- The delivery format is absolutely not fit for non commercial customers. We received a huge and heavy pallet that I had to rip open on the sidewalk with the help of my contractor and the delivery guy had to be talked into bringing it to the doorstep with his transpallet (I obviously do not own one).
I would recommend adapting the format to residential customers. For example through several parcels instead of a huge pallet that no human can carry or move on their own.
Otherwise super happy with the quality and finish of my cabinet doors.
