I like the fast delivery although they let me order a snus that is sold out. They did give me my money back in the form of a code to use the next time I buy something. They have really good customer service, they swapped out a dnus when I accidentally bought the wrong one.

Great service and good selection

Great service. Good selection. Feel like it could be a bit cheaper but I'd got used to ordering 3 rolls for £30 rom abroad until RM started adding 150% tax on every order. Now Nic Pouch UK is my go-to and is a good deal cheaper than the rubbish you can get in supermarkets!

Good selection of nicotine pouches

Good selection of nicotine pouches, lots of brands, strengths and flavours to choose from.
The prices are very good, speedy next day delivery, free if order is over £25.

VERY RELIABLE

Been a loyal customer now for a while this company is so easy to deal with the prices are fair they give you what they promise (the old company I used before didn't) and it's really nice getting a packet of sweets with your order I open it up find the sweets and I smile it's a treat things like that is nice and appreciated I really can't fault them super happy with the customer service everything is perfect
