Nico trained in Rome's culinary academies and runs the kitchen; Michele handles the rest bookings, planning, the logistics that let Nico concentrate on what really matters, the food. Nico moved here from Rome, we cooks the way people cook there! That means the classics done properly. Carbonara without cream. Cacio e pepe that comes together the way it should. Amatriciana, saltimbocca, artichokes when the season is right. We source what we can locally and don't compromise on the things that matter like the pecorino romano, the pasta, the technique. Every dinner is planned around you: how many guests, what you like, what the occasion is. We handle the shopping, the cooking, the serving, and the clearing up. You sit down with your guests. If you've been to Rome and missed the food since, this is that. If you haven't, it's a good place to start.

We hosted a house warming party for 20 guests and wanted to provide a menu of finger foods suitable for mingling. Chef Nico understood our needs precisely and prepared a menu of typical Roman street foods that were a huge success. Chef Nico is extremely accommodating and easy to work with. We could not have been more pleased.
