I ordered two item three weeks ago and have not received either. When I chased my order up I received a reply telling me one of the items was out of stock so will be delivered in ten days- when I replied to say I was unhappy with this because there was nothing on the website to say it was out of stock, I got no reply. I still hadn’t received anything after this time so I chased the order up again twice and received no reply. When I complained on their instagram profile they replied and said one item ‘was on its way to me.’ This was a lie as I received an email from the courier the next day to say it was being collected from them on that day so it was not on its way to me at all. I have now decided to cancel the order and get a refund through my credit card company as I do not trust them to refund me. Appalling customer service

The quality of the items I have received have been ok but would never buy from this company again due to the customer services!! You wait 3 days for replies and one of my items has taken 3 months to delivery!!!! I ordered 3 items on the 28th November and was told two of them were pre-order (even though at the time when I ordered wasn’t stated on the website), I then asked a due date in December and was told it should be with me by Xmas!!!! What they finally told me was that the Amara ornament was ordered from a supplier that only deliver to them twice a year….so please be careful if your order has a pre-order next to it. Another one of my items was also pre-order and still took around 6 weeks!!!! Shame as they do have some nice items on their website but CS is a nightmare!
