Honestly, I was very nervous about signing up. There are so many crazy money taking scams out there. BUTTTT this is not one of them. I was working my freaking ass off and struggling to stay a float. Since being with Slice Squad I have more than doubled my monthly income. The people I have worked with have been absolutely amazing and so helpful. If you are on the fence about trying them, DO IT!

This program changed everything for me! Adriana was my coach and she's wonderful, Nicki M and Kat kept in contact with me the whole time, Nicki B and Jacki came into my slack channel to celebrate my first ever 10k month with me. I felt so supported, seen, and I'm really going to miss this community so much!

I've been doing hair over 20 years, spent tens of thousands on hair shows, classes and certification courses over the course of my career. This was the most money I had ever spent on myself, oustide of buying a car, and my mom guilt was real! Truth is, I was at rock bottom, stressed out, overwhelmed, anxious, and desperate for change. My credit was maxed out and I took out a loan from both Klarna and Affirm to pay for this, with no idea how I was going to make those payments. Did I say I was desperate for change?!? Because I was terrified about my situation and my marriage was questionable. That was July 30th. It's now October 26th and here's my reality:

This course is paying for itself. Not only am I making the payments on the 2 loans I took out to make this happen, I've paid off 2 other small loans, a credit card, I will have my second credit card paid off in November, my credit score is up 16 points and I'm now able to start putting back into savings.

My resting heart rate is down 10 beats per minute according to my Apple Watch (with no change to my medication since April), I'm calmer, my mind is clearer, less anxious, more organized, positive and happier.

As soon as I had access, I jumped right in. There are over 300 hours of content available and I wasn't wasting a minute! I had changes to make that should have happened 10 years ago, and now failure isn't an option.

The first time I came across guided meditation, breath work and gratitude journaling I definitely had some thoughts to myself wondering what I had signed up for. Truth is, I never have those things any power. Meditation and breath work absolutely help me calm my nervous system and focus my brain when I'm overwhelmed and spiraling, and journaling has become both an emotional purge and help me refocus when I'm not in the right headspace to be my best self at work. I'm never going back to not doing them, they're powerful tools in mental and emotional regulation that help me be more centered and focused on what actually matters.

I've never been a morning person, but now I'm up as early as possible, almost always before 6 am, and I am so much more productive at work AND at home.

My communication is better in every aspect and relationship I have. My boundaries are clearer and I'm more able to protect my peace.

I could keep going, but if anyone has made it this far, do it. Make the investment in yourself and your future, clear your mind of all judgments and jump in. The deeper you go, the more changes you will make, and the happier you'll be. I'm have ZERO regrets, I'm doing the hair I want to do and it's more beautiful than ever. I'm happier, more confident, and empowered to achieve the future that I want for myself.

Being part of the Slice Strand consulting program has been such a positive experience for my hair business! Adriana has helped me gain confidence in the extension world, understand my value, and breathe new life into my pricing structure. The support was always prompt, professional, and encouraging especially when it came to troubleshooting or working through challenges. A couple years ago, I signed up for a different coaching company that promised me that I was gonna get some one-on-one coaching, but their promise fell short immediately. This is NOT the case for Slice Squad Consulting. Not only do you have a biweekly check-in with your coach to create a plan specific for you and your business, but you also have access to lots of classes to help you grow in every area of your business. Everything is spelled out and easy to follow and if you have any questions, you will never wait longer than 24 hours for an answer. I am so thankful for this program, this company, the team running it and my personal coach, Adriana! She showed up for me, kept me motivated gave me fresh ideas and held my hand every step of the three months. The accountability I received kept me from giving up. My only regret was not using all the tools I had access to, to the fullest! If you want to achieve your goals in your business and have step-by-step guidance, this is the program for you! Cannot thank Adriana enough for her support and consistency even when I fell off on my end! I recommend this program to every stylist wanting to strategically grow their business!

My experience so far with Stephanie has been not only eye opening, but the kick in the butt I truly needed to get my business to the level I want it to be. I'm almost 2 months in with her and the changes we've been able to make happen have been incredible. I wish I started this journey with Slice Squad way sooner, but so happy to be here now! Becca deserves more than a five star rating! She’s fantastic! So knowledgeable and friendly. I was very nervous at first to get on the first call with her and she made it really easy for me to talk to her. Since talking with her and going through the blueprint it’s had a huge impact on me and I had my first $300 day behind the chair last weekend and she was the first person I wanted to share that news with! I will forever be grateful for her for talking with me and being a huge help!

Max was my consultant during my 90 days with slice squad, and I couldn’t ask for a better experience. He was knowledgeable, personable, helpful, and held me accountable without being overbearing or asking for too much from me. He was the perfect guide and mentor and was so fun to work with, and he helped me double my income in 90 days and get exactly the results I was looking for. It was the ultimate bootcamp for my business and I got so much out of this experience. I was skeptical at first at how slice squad was going to help me get the results I wanted, but this program seriously works. I don’t know how exactly, but with the combination of Max + my own hard work + watching the videos + going to class + some magic, it did for me. I signed up for slice squad after two years of watching Nicki’s content and applying a lot of it from just IG reels. I had already improved my speed but I needed help to grow after being stagnant for ten years with no increase in my income. I knew I was undercharging, emotionally discounting and I was on the verge of burnout. Within one week of coaching and implementing a price increase and using gloss genius for online booking, everything changed. My confidence soared and I had a clear business plan and boundaries and truly believe the sky is the limit for how much you can achieve by implementing the wisdom of this community. I worked with Kayla who told me immediately that my goals were achievable when I had many doubts. I attended multiple in person events and learned extensions after 20 years in the industry thanks to the equipping of the slice squad. I can’t say enough about the effectiveness of this coaching community because if you are ready to put some skin in the game it will change your whole future and legacy.

My consultant was Randi. She was so helpful with coming up with ideas for my business. She also kept me motivated and accountable and was so easy to talk to. Randi is just such a nice person. Highly recommend her!!

I had Randi for my 90 day consulting and I couldnt be happier with all that has come from it. Given my multi faceted position Randi was alway there with advise, support, and solutions. She brought fresh ideas to the conversation, differnt perspective I may not have thought of, and helped me grow in ways I didn't know needed it. Being able to have hard conversation and grow my confidence in those conversations was one of my key take aways. I'm forever grateful for all she's helped me with.

I did the extension course. It was over 4k and a complete waste of money. Their technique and quality of hair is terrible.

After several years in industry business coaching groups this was the first time I was strategically coached in mindset, and technique around sales. On top of that, I was given constructive feedback, and taught the how to’s not just the concepts. I felt seen, heard, and compassionately supported by my coach Samantha through the whole process. I highly recommend.

I did both consulting and extensions certification and absolutely loved everyone. I saw some reviews that mentioned lack of communication which is so surprising because I feel like I spoke with someone in SS almost daily between social media, Facebook groups, Slack app, texting. I felt 100% supported and the accountable really helped me grow. The video were super helpful learning to navigate apps I was learning how to use, financing, business, so helpful. I have nothing bad to say about them! All good things. Can’t wait for the in person extension class to finally meet everyone in person!

I really did have a wonderful experience. Kayla was extremely helpful and patient. I'm excited for whats to come and to see my buisness grow!
