Very good customer service
Very good customer service, Danny has been a big help, easy to get appointment and get going, website easy to navigate and they’ve even dropped their pricing for current members to match anyone new signing up. If I need to delay a shipment by a day or two it’s easily done, also paused it for a surgery I had where I had to be off. There’s no pressure, hassle or loopholes just great service and medications shipped fast.

The first shipment went smoothly. The commitment to ensuring that patients receive the prescription before the current supply runs out is inaccurate. Although my credit card has been charged, I am still waiting for the second shipment. I have already missed one dose, and it looks like I may go at least two weeks without a dose.

We’re sorry your second shipment didn’t arrive when you needed it. You should be able to rely on timely delivery and clear updates, and we fell short.
The pharmacy experienced processing delays, but we recognize that this doesn’t lessen the disruption you experienced. When you requested cancellation, we promptly cancelled the order and issued a refund.
We understand that a refund doesn’t make up for the inconvenience or restore your confidence. Thank you for sharing your experience, and we sincerely apologize for letting you down.

Definitely withdrawal money. No product No service
Nicerx took $300 out of my account on the 23rd and it's the 30th of July and i haven't received any medication in the mail yet.
Also I scheduled an appt with a physician and when the correct day and time came I checked in and sat by my phone for 1/2hr and no physician. So 60 days in and I still have the wrong nausea medication.

I spoke with them and told them that I would buy as we go and they took the money out of my account anyway I call that theft. If it is not allowed to pay as you go you need to tell the gentleman that I spoke with for over 30 minutes about it and he told me that was fine. And now they've taken my money and I don't have my meds where are my meds.

I love this company! My doctor is super helpful, knowledgeable and easy to work with. The medicine quality is great! Ive lost 8lbs and counting after my first month. Really excited to continue this journey.
