Great customer service from Tracy in the run up to the move and excellent team who completed the packing and move. Can't fault.

Nicemove have been my go-to mover for years now. My most recent moves were complicated and multiple. In total the team did six moves, including moving to storage and to three different homes over 18 months, and they were utterly excellent on every single occasion. Tracy did an excellent job of surveys and managing everything with flexibility and kindness during a difficult time. We knew exactly what was happening from the first contact to the van leaving, and Tracy even arranged all the packaging, expertly working out what we would need and suggesting solutions such as wardrobe boxes that we didn’t know existed! The team took great care of our things, in transit and in storage; having everything whisked away whilst we were in our interim accommodation and then being delivered in perfect condition a few months later was magical, and so much easier than the DIY version my other half chose.

Earle has been involved in almost every move and his professionalism, practical skills and leadership are second to none. The team who completed our last move, which was a huge job over two days with multiple pick ups were outstanding. Nathan, Oliver and Dylan worked their socks off, starting early and finishing late, and nothing was too much trouble, even with two sets of stairs at both homes, with one of them being very tricky. They covered our brand new flooring and took great care manoeuvering everything so the house was perfect under the mountain of boxes! The team made sure all the furniture was rebuilt so we had everything we needed for our first night in our new home, even though they must have been shattered!

I’m hoping to not require another move in the near future, but I wouldn’t even think about another removal company if I did.

Used Nicemove to move house on the same estate, from initially enquiring to the move today the service has been fantastic. Tracy is so helpful and friendly, the lads that came to move all our belongings were like machines they got it done in just a few hours! Nothing broken nothing scuffed, just really good service from start to finish. Would definitely recommend!

John, Nathan and Dan did an absolutely outstanding job, tackling my awkward flat with good humour! They found solutions to all challenges and made sure I was safely set up at the other side. I can't thank them enough for their help - they are a credit to the company. We booked with Pickfords but had the team at nicemove complete the packing and removal. Jonno & Lewis packed up our belongings with care and attention the day before the move which really set our mind at ease. The following day, they returned with Liam and Ollie to complete the removal and move of all of our stuff to the new house. What stood out was how polite the guys were all day. Despite the hard work they had a laugh and were great to have with us on what would have been an incredibly stressful day without them. They treated our belongings with care as if they were their own as you would expect. Great work lads and thanks for all your help

Tracey was fabulous, she understood our requirements and organised everything for us. We used nicemove for our house move in September and they were incredible from start to finish. We took advantage of the packing service in addition to the removal, which was money well spent and took a lot of the stress out of the process. The team were friendly and professional at all times, nothing was too much trouble and they took great care with all our belongings. Special mention to the wonderful crew Earl, Lewis, Andy, Liam and Jonno who worked tirelessly to get us in to our new home and everything rebuilt on the same day. We had a delay collecting the keys which had a knock on impact, but the team stayed until the job was done. Thank you so much to everyone for making the move as smooth as possible.

Nicemove helped us move in to a new home this week. We went with the full packing and moving service and were really impressed with the teams communication, professionalism and attitude. We're still unpacking but so far we have found no evidence of missing or broken items and the boxes are clearly labelled making settling in so easy. Thank you to Tracy in the office and the lads that did the heavy lifting. Highly recommended.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to the whole team at Nicemove who helped with our move in August (sorry it’s late!) Tracy co-ordinated the move expertly and was on hand to answer any questions in the run up to our move date, on the day itself and also pro-actively reaching out to make sure everything had gone to plan. All of the guys who actually loaded and unloaded the van were fantastic - professional, polite and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. In particular, a big shout out to Jordan and Jay who were brilliant and on hand to help every step of the way. The team at Nicemove were brilliant from beginning to end.

Communication was excellent during the process, which was a breath of fresh air given the problems we had with solicitors and estate agents throughout our house sale/purchase. Everyone from Tracy in the office to the guys who came and packed us up and moved our belongings to our new house were first class. They worked tirelessly and without complaint until 7pm on the day of the move, whilst being respectful with our belongings and new house.

They came recommended by a friend and although they weren’t the cheapest quote we received we’re so glad we used them. We were particularly grateful that they were able to accommodate us at short notice, despite uncertainty over our moving date up until the last minute. Their flexibility made what was an extremely stressful time just that little more tolerable! We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them.

We used nicemove for our house move last week.Everybody, from Tracy in the office, who co-ordinated everything to all the lads involved in the actual move were fantastic.The move was done over 2 days which made the process much easier and less stressful than we had expected it to be.
The lads were very respectful of us and all our belongings and the properties we were leaving and moving into.They worked tirelessly over the two days and were very professional, organised and skillful in the manner in which they worked.Tracy kept in touch to ensure that everything was going to plan and to our satisfaction.
Not the cheapest price we were quoted but they were able to accommodate us at reasonably short notice and were worth every penny.

Thank you to the Nicemove team - Gaz, Earl, Liam & Nathan, and Tracy in the office (who provided the most proactive service of any company we priced with) - who were able to move us at extremely short notice. A house move is a stressful experience at the best of times but you did everything you could to make it an easy process and were also absolutely great with our children when they wanted to 'help' - our youngest is still over the moon that you gave her a wage for her efforts! We would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking for a removal service short or long distance.

Moving house is always stressful but Tracy and her team of merry men...Earl Nathan, John and Mike....made it so much easier. Very supportive, friendly and helpful throughout the process. Reasonably priced too. Would recommend.

I am thrilled to offer this review. After a recommendation from my Cousin who used nicemove two years ago, I reached out. Immediately I was greeted by Tracy, whom, throughout my journey of date changes for my move, has been outstanding. She is thorough, kind, offers guidance and advice throughout, very quick to come back to me and kept me up to date with every step of what was to come next. One of the best customer service experiences I have encountered. The day before my actual move date Earl and Jay turned up to empty 60% of the house. Both fantastic, patient and hardworking men. Earl protected and wrapped all of my mirrors and clocks exceptionally well. Jay was great, working his way through each room, ensuring everything I didnt need for the night was taken and stored. On move day, Jay and Jordan arrived, prompt, smiley and ready for the day. Those men are machines. They were respectful of my belongings, nothing was damaged and they protected the flooring throughout. They kept checking in with me, making sure I was ok and was happy. The other end in my new home, the same amount of care, enthusiasm and communication remained. They both worked tirelessly and were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Thank you doesn't seem enough. This has been a difficult and emotional journey for me and without them, I hate to think what it would have been like. As you can probably tell, I cannot recommend nicemove enough. x

It was a great experience moving with Nice Move!
Tracy was very attentive in the planning stage and always available with any questions we needed answering. We received a competitive quote and decided to go for the full pack and disassemble & reassemble furniture service - it was money very well spent!!
The Nice Move team, led by Earl, came in the morning two days before our move to make a start. Then Earl, Nathan an Andy came the day before to get us fully packed up, with just what we needed for our last night.
Move day Nathan, Andy and Nathan's son Jayden, who had just started his first week with Nice Move, arrived early morning to help us make the move.
With the Microsoft crash worldwide there was some nervous waits for monies to go through, but all went ahead and the guys worked tirelessly from first thing in the morning to late into the evening!
The guys were all very polite, helpful and really took a huge amount of stress off our shoulders, getting us into our new house.
After a few days we had unpacked all the remaining boxes and Andy came to collect them from us.
All the furniture was disassemble & reassemble with care, items were carefully packed, precious items received the special packing care needed to move them, and nothing was damaged during our move!
We are very grateful for their hard work and excellent service provided to our family - it was a pleasure working with them!
We don't plan to move now for the foreseeable future but were circumstances to change we would definitely be using Nice Move to make the move and would happily recommend them to all!!

Friendly staff who were careful with our possessions and clearly knew the ropes re packing televisions etc and protecting carpets. Glad to have wardrobe boxes supplied - saved lots of time and packing.
