If I could add a 0 as a rating i would. Shocking - please do not buy anything from these people. Ordered a northern lights night light projector which i hoped would arrive before Christmas. It didnt. I sent several chaser emails where they then advised me the item had been sent to the wrong address and despite my request to cancel the order and issue a refund they sent a replacement. When i asked for a return address for a refund, they blocked my email and access to their website. Absolute scam.

I so wish i had read the review before I ordered! do not purchase anything through this company. Order took 8 weeks to arrive. When it did it didn't work. their customer service is appalling. they ask you to return the item to China, at your cost and then they may consider sending you a refund. after 4 or 5 email chains with their customer service team, now my emails are all being bounced back and i cannot send through. do not touch them with a barge pole!

Ordered a fun toy from them on the 9th December on the basis it would be delivered in time for Xmas. Order finally arrived 7th Jan with parts missing. Support via email has been responsive and after sending them a photo of the contents and confirming parts that were missing, their offer was £2 compensation. Which they then raised to £4. Avoid!

Ordered the product in November for an xmas present. I am still waiting on it to arrive and it is 11th of January.
Bot replies to requests for refund, I will not stop chasing a refund I have plenty of time on my hands.

This is a very dodgy company,first the advertised price is not what you end up paying postage, insurance etc was added on.We ordered a game for Christmas on 30/11/25 it arrived on 9/1/26.The tracking is a complete lie it gave tracking originating in the USA giving updates across the US to customs export it then says it’s in the UK customs and then with a courier in Cambridge N3H 2N2 which is in fact the code for Cambridge Ontario.when it eventually arrived it had come from Yang Lou Qing /guangdong China.Tried to email company at their support email address surprise surprise delivery failed.Really wished I had checked out this company and read the reviews before ordering.Will be contacting PayPal to see what they say.

If I could give zero starts I would. This is a COMPLETE scam website. Stuff took 6 weeks to arrive, despite having a .co.uk address, when it eventually arrived, it was the lowest of the low quality and the remote wasnt included. (They offered to compensate me £2...🙄

If they had been zero stars I would have given zero!!! ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS!!! AVOID at all costs. My order took over 6 weeks to arrive even though it said 2-3 days. I contacted them numerous times by email and their replies were of no help! Told to wait and sent tracking numbers that weren’t even valid!!! Wish I had read the reviews here first before ordering!!! SCAMMERS!!! AVOID!!!!

I think Trust Pilot should provide an additional feature for zero to minus 5. My order of an Araura mood light finally arrived 10 days too late for Christmas, so awful I was unable to justify giving it as a present, not only showed signs of transit damage but it was not the item ordered it was the cheapest low quality imitation it would not charge and when plugged in it flashed red continuously, the remote did nothing and when the charge cable was removed it died instantly. No reply to my email complaint.

Ordered on the 8th December, 2 Christmas presents it’s now 5th January and still not received! I’ve tried contacting them for a refund but just keep getting bombbarded with shipping info emails. Avoid at all costs!

Only gave 1 star since there was no option to give Zero stars. Quality shockingly cheap and nasty. Item broke at 2nd time of using and no clear receipt or return policy. Cheap Chinese product from the states but advertised as a uk company.

I ordered a mobile phone Enlarged Screen Magnifier. I tried to cancel almost immediately having read reports on TP. They ignored my request.
They bombard you with Tracking Information which says little. After 4-6 weeks (Sorry, I can't be bothered finding the order date) it eventually arrived. It was worse than I imagined. The mobile screen is enlarged but blurred. It is of no use at all.
Avoid this company.

Absolute scammers. After trying to take more from my payment than they should, the order took 6 weeks to arrive. Not as advertised, just cheap rubbish that doesn’t work.
Contacted their customer services who offered £3 refund or I could return to China at my own cost. Absolute scammers! AVOID

After submitting my original order, on 5/12/25, required as a CHRISTMAS GIFT to a member of my family. FOLLOWING CONFIRMATION OF MY ORDER, I received NO FURTHER COMMUNICATION! Until I realised that the item ordered would BEVER arrive in time to meet its purpose. I contacted this organisation and requested a CANCELLATION? Following many, many attempts to CANCEL, this organisation repeatedly refused to accept my request using many many unjustified Emails in attempts to ENSURE THAT THIS IRDER WAS NEVER CANCELED. Right up to today 27/12/25 they STILL INSIST I “WAIT” until this order is received. I have repeatedly reminded them THAT THE ORDER IS NO LONGER REQUIRED-THIS ORGANISATION CAN NOT, WILL NOT ACCEPT THAT THEIR SYSTEM IS UNWORKABLE.
I strongly advise anyone and everyone to avoid ALL DEALING WITH THIS ORGANISATIONS. I am willing for my name and details to be quoted and/or used.

Well I agree with everyone else on here - wish I’d checked before I ordered. Absolutely shambolic. Exchanged plenty of emails with pigeon English replies and if I’d known it was coming from USA would never have ordered. Taken longer to get here from Lincoln (100 miles away) then it did to travel from USA and still not here after 12 days in the UK. What?! Have demanded a refund as I doubt I will ever see this product and, frankly, I don’t want it now - all far too late. 4 weeks from order is more than enough time to wait. Wish me luck getting a refund!!!! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
Well it arrived after 31 days. Absolutely rubbish product and still arguing the toss over a refund. Offered me £2 compo but I can send it back to china at own cost for refund 😨. TOTAL DIRTY SCAMMERS

Beware. Took seven weeks to arrive. Cheap and nasty. Would never buy from them again. Thought it was a UK company but it was American/Chinese by the look of the tracking info. Email queries were replied
to but no satisfactory answers. Just felt fobbed off ordered on 9/11/25

Avoid! Goods will not arrive.
Raise a dispute with your credit card company to get your money back.

Still waiting for my order, over 5 weeks since ordering. Added extra charges on too when paid by Applepay. Just a scam! Wish I had searched them prior to ordering. Avoid like the plague!
