They are completely out of their depth, demonstrating zero understanding of structural, legal, or developer-related realities. Instead of operating as an independent, unbiased referee for homeowners, it is abundantly clear that they exist to shield and protect corporate developers rather than resolve genuine consumer issues.
Their handling of complaints is shocking. They actively deny the escalation of valid disputes and consistently fail to follow their own published procedures. They create a bureaucratic brick wall designed to exhaust the homeowner until you simply give up.
If you expect fairness, accountability, or professionalism, you will not find it here. They lack the spine and the competence to hold massive building firms to account. An utterly useless service that actively works against the consumer—do not waste a single second of your time with them.
