The pacing of the videos where a bit jarring at times. Before learning about the different layers of the OSI Model, it was referenced multiple times as if it was already discussed ad nauseam. Furthermore, at points, I felt very confused as to why exactly we were doing things a certain way, though further experimentation and research into the labs helped my understanding. Overall, the majority of the videos were fine and informative.

Being able to speak with live instructors and have a community of people able to help is excellent.

Learned alot of knowledge and feel more confident about my IT skills.

Great course and material, easy to follow along in most lessons. Jacob Hess, the main instructor, does a good job of explaining most subjects, but is a little fast at explaining the lab configurations.

Well, it is definitely an experience, but I got through this first course. The detail and demonstration to the labs and resources is what helps the most. Ive very excited to move further!

The hands on labs and knowledge is well passed on and gets you ready for the tests to come.

Great training! They teach you everything from the ground up. The hands-on experience on the labs are definitely a game changer!

Every was amazing I just had a lot going on with work and my wedding it was hard to focus but I got it done.

The subject matter was handled with details...and it is a good course for people with very little or no IT background.

I love that they have tons of labs, so it gets easier remember all the commands. The instructors also give lots of pointers. I would ten times recommend this program to people.

Love the Virtual "Hands On" Experience that the courses provide and have someone be able to run it through with you and tell you the causes and effects of doing something inside of the network

My experience as a percentage I would say has be 85% positive. The homework assignments and the study sessions are very helpful and detailed with info. Only issues I had was when I tried downloading my notes or when trying to open the lab exercises.

the program is wonderful and very convenient

So far the course has been wonderful and learning new things. I always thought after mid 30's learning new things would be a pain and difficult but in my 40's now and I'm enjoying actually learning new things. Its worth it if you are invested and committed into learning a new career field.

I've learned more than I ever known about computers and how IT actually works. The like the way they broke things down to make them easy to understand and I also took advantage of the community and professors that were willing to help and guide me through times where i was lost

Fast paced learning, but fun. The instructor Jacob is funny and keeps the modules lively and not boring, I find myself laughing al ot, because he's one of those instructors who makes you feel like learning is fun, which it is even more fun with the right instructor. The labs are my favorite part, they are really fun and challenging. I also like the community, everyone is so friendly and helpful, not to mention we celebrate each other wins, in this type of society its rare.

The ability to have a self paced program especially with all of the family issues I've had while in the program
