What a fantastic company fantastic company
What a fantastic company! Used this solicitors for selling my flat and what a brilliant job they did! My case was extremely difficult as it was a leasehold and had lots of problems , holdups , etc , but my solicitor Julie Smith was amazing, so professional and knowledgable and had a lovely calming manner when I was getting totally stressed ! Thankyou Julie for all your hard work! Highly recommend!

Worked with Charlotte Murphy as a solicitor from NFL London office, for the purchase of my property. I did speak with 3 other solicitors before her, but she was the most knowledgaable of all. More importantly, she was always reachable and available even for trivial questions. Glad I chose NFL, who eased a dreadfully complex process of buying a property. Two thumbs up from me :)

Great Experience
I have not heard good reviews for any solicitors till date. Apparently Nairnsey Fisher and Lewis were the first one i worked with, and i cant thank enough to them for the smooth conveyancing process. Charlotte who handled my case in particular was very responsive, kept me up to date on the progress and there was a surprisingly quick turn around with every detail in place.

Choose Wisely….
We had assigned Julie Smith to carry out what we thought was a conveyance that could not have been more simple. Our property was vacant, the buyer was mortgage approved with nothing to sell and there were no skeletons hiding on either side.
The buyers solicitors turned out to be about as much use as a handbrake on a canoe, asking questions that had already been answered, losing documents, dragging their heels and not replying to emails were just a few of their tactics. This infuriated both us and our buyer but in the end, Julie knew which buttons to push and the sale reached completion after some 16 weeks. The moral of this story is, do your research before engaging a solicitor for your conveyance, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Julie at N.F.L.

Their communication was excellent, primarily conducted through emails, which I found to be very convenient and efficient. They responded promptly to all my queries, ensuring I was always well-informed and updated throughout the process.

Professional and efficient conveyancers. Recommend.
Very efficient and professional experience as conveyancers during my new build purchase at reasonable fees. Some items required clarification as is expected, but communication was always clear and concise throughout in a timely manner, enabling exchange and legal completion remotely. Would recommend and request their conveyancing services again if required.

Fantastic care and service!
My Wife and I recently used NFL Legal to exchange and complete on our new home.
The team were quick to respond to any questions we had about the process (really appreciated as first time buyers).
We were kept up to date at all times and everything went extremely smoothly with a special thanks to Carol, Melanie and Lilly for handling everything for us.
