Fantastic service provided by Ryan and would throughly recommend. Upon initial enquiry Ryan came back with a prompt, clear explanation of the types of survey that are offered and guidance on which to go for.

We were kept updated upon arrival on the day of the survey, a photo to check the house was correct before starting the survey and a message to say all done.

The report came back to us on the next day and is extremely thorough and detailed, far beyond our expectations. I would recommend Ryan without any hesitation.

Used Ryan to carry out a snagging survey on our new build and found him to be very efficient and thorough. Ryan`s report was very clear with photographs illustrating the issues found and which trade would rectify them. His report was sent to us immediately on completion of the snagging survey. Ahead of our appointment he spotted that I had booked the wrong type of survey (oops) and called me immediately to explain the different types and the one I actually needed, which I really appreciated. On the day - thorough is not a good enough word! He spent all day at my house checking it over and the report that followed was very clearly broken down by room and type of issue. Whilst there, he gave my partner and I tips about things to consider moving into a new build that hadn’t even crossed our minds.
