Deceptive design and hidden charges. The app's interface is intentionally designed to make users accidentally subscribe to a second, unwanted virtual number. It is clear they are aware of how misleading this flow is because they explicitly protect themselves in their refund policy, stating they will not refund: "Any unintended purchases, including acquiring a secondary virtual number." Avoid this app.

Nextline is a big scam. I purchased a number from them and can't use it on desktop or Android. When I asked support, they claimed I could use it on Android, but there is no Nextline app available on Android. I asked for a refund because I couldn't use the number at all, and they rejected it. I will report them to the BBA and open a dispute case with my bank. Do not use Nextline—they are big scammers. Shame on you

Total scammers was told it was a 0.99 dollars one month trial yet they secretly charged my account of 30 dollars and give no way to cancel your subscription on the app their customer support is useless and they deliberately make their app impossible to send any images to their support system don’t trust them

Activation was incredibly easy with the QR code. I had fast LTE coverage throughout my entire vacation. Much easier and cheaper than buying physical SIM cards at the airport.

I accidentally subscribed and canceled within minutes. I never activated or used the eSIM, but Nextline refused my refund, claiming the service was "provisioned" automatically. They basically keep your money for a service you never used. Very poor business practice and unhelpful support. Avoid this company.

Total scam, signed up for a dollar offer and then ended up with a $30 dollar subscription and an unauthorized charge. Furthermore, when you cancel the account they don't wait until the end of the billing period they end all of the services. FRAUD, STAY AWAY

An accidental purchase was made, and I contacted customer support immediately to explain the situation and request a refund because I had no intention of using the service. Instead of receiving any understanding or real help, I was met with repeated copy-and-paste replies and outright refusals.

I was charged £0.99 and $19.99, and after cancelling my subscription, I was shocked to find another £29.99 taken from my account. How can you charge customers after they have already cancelled? This is completely unacceptable.

Their customer service has been one of the worst I have ever experienced. Total scam platform! I signed up ONLY for the €0.99 trial offer. Immediately after, their system automatically charged my card an additional €19.99 without my consent or any 3D Secure authentication. I cancelled the subscription immediately on day one and have zero usage of their service. Despite the successful cancellation, their system ignored it and illegally charged my card another €30.00 today!
This is fraudulent merchant behavior and deceptive billing. I have been forced to permanently block my credit card to stop them from stealing more money. I have already filed an official fraud report and initiated a formal chargeback procedure with my bank.
