On my induction day to the course, when I seen the work that I had to do I wasn't confident that I could finish the course. I have visual dyslexia and have struggled with writing essays before, but with the support and guidance of Martin he broke the course down into parts and helped me get the confidence and mentality to complete it. With the feedback and guidance given, it has changed my outlook on work and given me the confidence to push upwards with my career.
Martin is friendly, informative and a supportive teacher who brings the best out in people who want to learn.
Martin and Fiona make a great team that many people can benefit from.

This was a course that helped me develop as a professional. Great coaching support, that was patient, understanding, and developmental. Resources were extremely useful and I valued my experience and will proactively use the theory now in a practical manner.

This was my third time studying with NLI, having previously done CMI Level 7 and 8 awards. I opted for the full CMI Level 8 Diploma this time, which I thoroughly enjoyed. I was allocated Martin as my personal tutor again, and like before he stayed in constant contact, providing technical and moral support ensuring I stayed on track. The online portal is great. It is easy to use, but also structured chronologically. Resources are listed by LOs which correlate to the assessments, making it super easy to find pertinent content relating to the particular question you are working on. There is a nice mix of journal links, website link, and videos, which will appeal to different learning styles. I strongly recommend taking up the offer of a course induction even if you think you don't need it, as this is helpful in terms of using the system and understanding how to write at high level. With NLI, you can expect a highly personalised experience by super-supportive individuals. Highly recommended.

Fantastic, great overall experience. Enrolment process was quick and simple. Able to get quick support when you need it or be able to take your journey in your own way with support as/when required.
