Martin was above and beyond compared with the rest
Martin was fabulous. The speed at which he turned around feedback was incredible, which when working to a deadline was ao appreciated. He also went above and beyond at the amount of feedback he'd offer compared with other providers I looked at. I would highly recommend, Next Level Impact for anyone wanting to gain a CIPD qualification.

Very informative course and well worth doing
I have found the CMI Level 5 Certificate to be an extremely valuable and professionally enriching qualification. The structure of the programme is well aligned to real-world management practice, allowing immediate application of theoretical models and leadership frameworks into my day-to-day role as a Programme Manager.
The standard of resources provided throughout the course has been exceptionally high. Learning materials are current, relevant, and clearly structured, enabling deep engagement with key topics such as performance management, organisational change, and strategic leadership. The integration of contemporary theory with practical case study examples has strengthened my ability to critically evaluate my own leadership approach and organisational practices.
The academic support available has also been of a very high standard. Guidance on assignment structure, Harvard referencing, and critical analysis has been clear and accessible. The availability of tutor feedback has ensured that expectations are transparent and that development is continuous. This support has increased my confidence in producing work to a high academic and professional standard.
Overall, the CMI Level 5 Certificate provides a rigorous yet supportive learning environment. My experience studying the Level 8 Strategic Direction and Leadership qualification with Next Level Impact has been exceptional from start to finish. The programme is academically rigorous, well structured, and clearly designed for experienced professionals working in complex and regulated environments.
The Next Level Impact framework is excellent. From the induction stage onwards, expectations were clear, supportive, and well communicated, setting a strong foundation for success. I chose CMI over a more theoretical DBA program because I wanted to enhance practical skills. the training experience that is provided by next level impact is great. the training resource they have for you at the click of a bottom makes it easy to understand and answer the relevant questions. I’ve had a great experience studying CIPD level 5 in People Management with Next Level Impact. Their user platform is easy to use with helpful materials. Response rates are very fast and marking of assignments was always faster than expected. Would recommend.
