Great New Boiler!
Our new boiler has made such a different to the health of our youngest son, who suffers from respiratory distress quite regularly. The contractors were professional and courteous. Could not recommend highly enough!

Electrician was really good
Electrician was really good, everything was wxplained fully to me operatives where all polite and friendly. Jordan the surveyor was brilliant and explained what he was doing every step of the way. Georgia and Nicola explained the works and where easily contacted throughout the duration of the works.

The man who fitted my boiler was very efficient, friendly and courteous. He was very knowledgeable. He showed me how the boiler worked efficiently. He tidied up after himself. I was very pleased with Next Energy and would highly recommend them.

Massive thankyou to all involved in the process. The guys on site where excellent turned up and had a,convo with me how it was all going to work and then cracked on no messing about. The solar guys downloaded the app showed me how to use it no rush patient as am not techno savvy. Back office pleasure to deal with. The whole process was done quick smart from when I contacted the council. Can't thank you guys enough

Solar panel installation
The whole process was very smoothe to get to installation point and the scaffolders and SP installers were first class. We have nothing but praise for the whole experience and congratulations to the private solar department for their service.

I am really happy with work carried out…
I am really happy with work carried out by NextEnergy. The team completed loft installation, cavity wall insulation, new windows and doors, heating controls, and kitchen and bathroom fan. Rebecca and Dean kept me informed throughout the works and Jacob from head office provided helpful updates. The work was completed professionally, and everyone was polite and helpful. I would recommend NextEnergy.

Time wasters.
My experience with this company has been very disappointing from start to finish.
The first surveyor who came to my home was very nice and polite. He checked the property and told me I would need both loft insulation and underfloor insulation. Two days later I was informed that the grant had been declined because the work went over the budget.
I called the company to ask what my options were. They told me I could contribute some of my own money, which I was willing to do, but I would have to choose either the loft insulation or the underfloor insulation. Chloe only sent me one quote instead of providing both options, which made it difficult to properly decide.
Because of this, I contacted Chloe again and asked if another surveyor could come out, as I didn’t feel the situation had been handled correctly. I was told they would send a senior surveyor, which gave me some reassurance at the time. Unfortunately, when the second surveyor arrived, he appeared to be just a normal surveyor rather than the senior one I had been promised.
After that visit, I waited over a week for a follow-up call but heard nothing. I eventually had to call the company myself and was met with a very rude adviser. I was told that quotes had already been sent to me for both the loft and underfloor insulation, which simply isn’t true. I was also told that the scheme had already ended, even though this was said at the end of February and the scheme actually runs until the end of March.
Overall, the experience has been extremely frustrating. Communication has been poor, information given has been inconsistent, and promises made were not kept. I expected much better service and honesty from the company, but instead the whole process has been very disappointing

Absolutely recommend having damp works…
Absolutely recommend having damp works done and insulation. Don't need to keep the heating on for long due to retro fit works and my house is now an oven.A+++++

full retro fit works
I had a full retro work installation and it’s the best thing we done.. can feel the benefits already.. everyone was friendly, polite and professional from start to finish.. highly recommended
