You get what you pay for!!
Sorry I realised I left a review previously for the wrong company so have now deleted.. I have recently bought two beds from two different suppliers and got them mixed up. Next divan was ok, the fasteners for the underside of the divan don’t clip together properly or securely and the instructions attaching the headboard weren’t clear for a complete novice which I am.

Delivery was great, very timely. The bed was a bit flimsy with the head board. I feel like it might snap if I pull it the wrong way.The pleats in the head board are not tight. I went for this company thinking I would get better quality but I think I would have got the exact same bed for £100 less from Facebook market place

Absolutely awful quality
I had a few questions before placing the order and these were answered relatively promptly via email. After placing the order the delivery process was simple and easy. So far so good. And then the bed arrived.
I ordered the Platinum Divan Base and was extremely disappointed after I unpacked it. The thin fabric was attached to the frame with a staple gun - with some staples fully visible. Unsightly and also dangerous. We had to remove some from the plastic brackets used for the headboard. The fabric is so thin you can also see where the pieces of wood join underneath it.
Contrary to the assembly instructions, there were no visible holes in the frame to attach the headboard so we had to create our own. I only hope the fabric doesn’t run.
The drawer at the foot the bed is extremely thin plastic with a sheet of fabric stapled to it and the bottom of the drawer is only MDF backing board so if I was to put just a couple of towels in it, it would probably break. Completely useless as a storage drawer unless you’re storing your thoughts and ideas. It also doesn’t sit completely flush against the frame.
The metal connectors are useless and kept springing off and so we had to attach them more securely ourselves.
I would have complained to the company directly but I just don’t have the time or the energy. I guess I will just replace it next year when it falls apart.

We’re sorry to hear about the trouble you experienced with your refund. As soon as we received your returned bed, we issued the refund straight away. Unfortunately, there was a delay on Klarna’s side, which was outside of our control.
We’ve already provided proof of the refund being processed from our end and advised you to share this with Klarna so they can investigate and release the funds. We completely understand how frustrating this situation must be, and we truly hope it gets resolved for you as soon as possible.

I made a last minute decision to revamp our bedroom. Speed was of the essence.
Next divan offered a good selection of beds and the delivery times were great.
The carpet was due to be fitted on Wednesday morning the same time as the bed was due for delivery, an email requesting a Wednesday afternoon delivery was promptly rearranged by nextdivan. Their communications were faultless courteous and exact.
The delivery company kept us informed at all times and were very punctual and polite.
The divan bed is good quality and very comfortable.
If you are looking for quality and good service at a good price, go no further. Highly recommended

Incomplete bed but resolved now
The quality of the bed itself is very nice, however, was delivered with only 7 feet/legs instead of 8. After emailing the company, they sent out the missing foot resolving the issue promptly. I will be ordering from them again in the near future.

Lovely bed would definitely recommend
The bed and headboard are well made and look beautiful, perfect for my teenage daughter who has high expectations! The delivery men sent regular updates as to when the bed was on its way and the time it would be delivered and it came on time as planned.
