Easy to navigate the site and a legit company (i was skeptical even after checking trust pilot).
Bed was good price, delivery was amazing they kept me informed the entire time. Was only few days after ordering it was delivered. Even called me before to say theyre on the way. Bed is quality, looks nice. Just what I needed

I brought a bed in 2024 and noticed yesterday that the base had caved in when we looked it’s only actually made out of cardboard and a few structures of wood

Ordered a divan base and headboard which arrived damaged. It was obviously damaged when it was made as it was deep cut marks in the base itself which effected the base. don’t know how this passed any quality control process they have in place. Im assuming they don’t one.

Got in touch and they offered me £20 and to keep it or a replacement. £20 was an insult given the price of the bed so went for the replacement.

After a few emails of back and forth with regards to which part needed replacing- both parts are actually the same so this back and forth just delayed things further we were sent the replacement. This came over 10 days after we had let them know about the damage.

This meant we had 2 king size beds in our room which was really inconvenient. They did apologise but that was it, nothing else. Said they would do an internal review in to the quality issue but I’ve heard nothing.

I’ve chased it numerous times and I’ve heard nothing back. Their phone number doesn't work. This is very disappointing as the product itself is actually good and we’re wanting to buy our son a base as well but our service has been appalling so we’ve been put off- and especially by the radio silence from them.

Not sure I’d recommend the company based on our experience. They’re not a member of the furniture ombudsman either so they couldn’t help- trading standards is the next step following a recommendation by the ombudsman.

A brand new replacement was a must given the damage. Not sure why they are not getting that. £20 offer to keep a damaged frame is laughable.

It’s a shame it took me writing a review to get an actual response- extremely poor and would avoid at all costs which is a shame as the product is good. But it’s not worth the risk at all
