Terrible. They purchased the brand Seraphine (and how was anyone supposed to know that--there was no notice) and refuse to honor a gift card from that company. They absolutely did nothing for me and claimed they were not responsible.
They sent order without order number for return. You can’t use the same number which they provided by mail you have to waste time and contact to make return.
The worst retail experience - It used to be such a great company with good quality clothes however it looks like a scam Company now. I returned 8 items in one parcel, their warehouse processed 5, I’ve contacted Next Clothing CS a multiple times, they finally agreed to give refund and told me it has been initiated which was another lie.

Although I received the items timely, I never had any sort of email confirmation for the purchase. Sizings were massive, and we needed to return them. I used the reference number on the receipt, and it wouldn't work. Spoke with customer service and they couldn't find the order, despite my having the transaction digitally verified and receiving merch. They wouldn't help me out any further to fix the problem, i.e. review photos of my receipt and merch. I feel a bit scammed. I guess i wil just have to wait two years until my kids can fit in the clothes. Ridiculous!
Delivery is not as promised at all! Ordered 10 days ago the items still didn't leave UK. Customer service is useless as they cannot even get accurate status of the parcel. Will NEVER recommend to anyone. Might need to cancel orders and just get a refund. Very disappointed. International service does not exist.
Placed my first order with this company 5/16/21. Items supposed to ship 4-5 business days after order was placed. Contacted the company 5/26/21 and told via chat feature that my order couldn’t be processed through the credit card I provided.The charge for the items showed on my credit card statement immediately with no refund showing yet and no notification that there was an issue. Was told I will see the refund by 6/3/21. Very poor customer service !
