If I could Give Next Diamonds 6 stars, I would!!
I originally began looking at earth-mined diamonds for a 30-year anniversary ring as an upgrade to my original engagement ring. Since I was going through the effort of upgrading, I wanted something substantially larger and of better quality than my original engagement ring. My adult son mentioned that almost everyone he knows is choosing lab-grown diamonds for engagement rings for both financial and ethical reasons, which made me reconsider my options.
Like many people, I didn’t want to spend $50,000–$60,000 on a large high-quality diamond. I first went in and looked at Brilliant Earth for a lab-grown diamond ring, but the prices still felt far too high for me ($17,000 for a 2.5 carat solitaire high quality lab grown stone & ring…no other large diamonds…just pave’ with a platinum band) At that point, I was almost ready to settle for a much smaller earth-mined diamond instead.
After asking AI for recommendations and doing more research, I came across Next Diamonds because of their outstanding reviews. I started browsing their Etsy page and website and immediately loved their beautiful, timeless, classic designs.
I had several questions about creating a more custom ring with a diamond I wanted to choose myself, so I emailed Ami to explain what I had in mind. Ami responded immediately and sent me several diamond options to choose from. Each diamond came with its IGI information, which allowed me to look up the details myself on the International Gemological Institute (IGI) website to verify them and get more details on them. This was incredibly helpful and gave me extra confidence in my decision.
We corresponded back and forth several times, and the communication was absolutely exceptional.
After our initial conversations, I received a beautiful ring in the mail. While I loved it, once I tried it on, I realized it wasn’t quite the size I had envisioned, & the style didn’t look like I thought it would on my hand. I reached out to Ami again, and he made the exchange process incredibly easy — no questions asked.
I selected a new setting, and Ami once again sent additional center diamonds for me to choose from. I also wanted to slightly customize the design by adding double prongs to the corners for a more unique look, and he took care of that as well.
When my second ring arrived, I absolutely fell in love with it.
Honestly, this was probably the BEST customer service I have received in the last 10 YEARS!! Ami was on top of every detail and communicated with such positivity and professionalism that I almost felt bad asking for changes. He was consistently kind, patient, and pleasant throughout the entire process.
The quality of my platinum ring is also outstanding.
From start to finish, this company is truly top-notch, and I will happily recommend Next Diamonds to anyone looking for lab-grown diamond jewelry. I completely trust this company to provide exceptional pricing, beautiful quality, and outstanding customer service in the future!!

I never dreamed I would find a beautiful ring like this online. I put my trust in Next Diamonds, and I’m thrilled about my smart purchase! If I could give them 6 stars, I would!!
