I contacted Jack Miller to schedule a…
I contacted Jack Miller to schedule a pick up.
He sent me a link to agree for $170 contract.
He had me sent him $50 through Zelle.
The balance of $120 will be pay to driver next day.
Jack also said, he will confirm the driver who will pick up my car, the time to go pick it up, and provide the driver certificate of insurance.
After one hour he said he found a driver for next day but the balance will have to be $200, and not $120.
After 4 hours, I have not heard back from him.
Jack said he was waiting for the driver to give him all the info to give me.
Later, Carlos, Jack's manager called me.
Carlos reassured me that the my car will deliver the next day which it did.
I was satisfied with the delivery time.
The car was deliver with no damage.
Also, the driver did provide the insurance certificate.
Overall, I was satisfied with the outcome.
Had Jack found a driver sooner and communicated to me that it will take a little more time to find a driver, then there would not be an misunderstanding.
They are a legitimate company. I will use them again, but expect to be $75 or $100 more than the initial quote. They said the drivers have the final say how much they want to work for the distance and location. What matters is they are a legitimate company.

Absolute scam! These guys quoted $400 then came back wanting 1200! Then they refused to return our deposit once they couldn’t fulfill their quoted price.

At NexGen, quotes are estimates based on current market rates. We never lock in a price or charge a deposit until a carrier is confirmed and approved by the customer. If pricing changes due to market shifts, you are under no obligation to move forward.
If a deposit was taken under different circumstances, we’d like to investigate. Please contact us with your booking details so we can look into this further.

At NexGen Auto Transport, a deposit is only collected after you agree to a confirmed carrier and rate. If a customer decides to cancel after that confirmation, our terms and conditions — which are clearly provided before any payment is made — outline the refund policy.
