Spend a little more and go with another company!
I ordered the "Supreme Appendix EDC" gun belt on Feb 9th. I received the belt on Feb 17th and the belt itself was fine, but the belt support loop appeared damaged with the inner staple barely holding it together. I called NextBelt the same day at 909.758.0079 to report the issue and was told to email the warranty dept. I emailed them the same day (Feb 17th) about the issue. (Including pictures)
Hearing nothing, I emailed them again on Feb 22 to follow up. As of today (May 10) I still have not heard from anyone at NextBelt. The crazy part is that I work for a retailer that sells their products, so this experience has made me push customers toward the competitors product over theirs.
