PROBLEM SOLVED...

Worked to make things better

I never received my order and after two months. I have only received half of my refund.

I have now received my full refund. Thank you for following through.

When I first thought about trying the EyePods

When I first thought about trying the EyePods my transactional purchase was a total mess. I immediately reached out to customer service and after numerous email correspondence later, I am happy to report that my issues were resolved. Ester was the lady that was my customer service rep. Though out the entire process Ester, was patient, kind and very eager to make things right. Every time I reached out to her, Ester was there for me. As a new customer that is a little leery about trying a new product, I would recommend trying EyePods and if there are any questions or issues, reach out to Ester, I guarantee she will take good care of you. After a couple weeks of using these eye…

After a couple weeks of using these eye pods I have really seen an improvement.
Their Eyelift Instant Eye Cream works much better than the Plexaderm i was using before I tried this. It works better and costs less.

Faulty EyePods

Are you kidding me? Check with your support. Your product is faulty. I have been back and forth with your support. I want a refund!!! I am NOT sending the product back to China! It costs almost as much as the product to do so. You have a facility in the states. Why can't it be sent there?

Wow when I first saw the Advertisement…

Wow when I first saw the Advertisement it was only women it was marketing to, I said to myself those Eye Pods are for me to, then the next week i saw Men Advertisement. By then I had already ordered mine.
Upon their arrival i started using the set immediately
Started slow at first as recommended then increased week by week. Ive seen incredible changes in just a month. On top of that the Eye lift Instant Eye Cream is the final touch. Each morning before going to work I use it and I look so much younger/rested. Christine in the Customer Service Department I contacted to get answers on a few questions, she was more then Helpful. She went above and beyond to help. Great Product, Great Company, Great Customer Service. Thanks to all of you. Sincerely. Roger

I DID NOT KNOW THIS WAS COMING FROM CHINA AS THEY HAVE A US ADDRESS! ONE OF THE PODS DOES NOT WORK DOES NOT TURN ON AND THEY TOLD ME I HAVE TO PAY AND SHIP TO CHINA! I WOULD NEVER HAVE PURCHASED IT IF I THOUGHT IT WAS COMING FROM CHINA!!

Thank you to the Newtiful Customer Service

I haven't really noticed any change in my under eye bags from the device. The tightening cream does a good job at masking most of the problem, but not all.

I must report that I received an immediate response from the Newtiful Co. expressing their concern about my disappointment with the eyepods and offering me a refund. This surprised and pleased me because it showed that they are listening and are concerned about their reputation as a reputable company.

I will continue to use their Eyelift instant Eye Cream as it works quickly and relatively well to reduce the appearance of my eye bags.

The best customer service support…

I purchased an eyepod in Dec 2025 and it malfunction in March.i contacted customer support via email to voice my concern. The staff who attended to me was called Esther and she was super helpful and fast response.Without hesitation she arranged a replacement eyepod but I was on holidays in early March and therefore I requested her to hold the item for me until I come back and gave her the green light to send me.When I returned from my holidays towards the end of March I email to her and she immediately organised it to be sent to me. I received it last week and the eyepod is working good this time. My experience of interaction with Newtiful Support Team is fabulous and positive and I recommend people to buy their products.

The customer service is extremely amazing, I’ve been dealing with a representative named Esther. I get a super quick response, the kindness and most considered emails back to my questions or concerns.

Customer Service

The emails I sent were responded to quickly and professional. I was having a problem with the charge on the units I ordered. Esther immediately responded with a solution. I was very impressed with how she resolved the problem I was having with one of the eyepods.
