Thrilled! Wonderful experience
I made a small order (2 papers) using the broadsheet template. I followed instructions which they made very simple and user-friendly. The print turned out perfectly! I am thrilled with the quality. They were also delivered very quickly and care had been taken to make sure the papers stayed smooth.
In addition, they sent me three papers and I couldn’t figure out why at first. Then I noticed a small tear in one of them. The fact that they caught that and sent an additional is so thoughtful and appreciated.

Humans behind the assistance robots
Despite the mishap with your AI assistant that led me astray by giving me contradictory information (I had to pull an all-nighter to redo my entire layout!), you read through those exchanges and gave me — thank you, human beings — the correct information. I greatly appreciated the attention you gave to my project, as well as your professionalism and kindness in our email exchanges. Thank you to the whole team!"

Thanks for your review Filo! Our virtual assistant is new and still in training - and your exchange with it helped us work through some glitches. I'm so sorry that it created more work for you in the process, but glad to hear you were happy with everything in the end. You can always reach our human support team by email, (or on live chat during UK office hours) :-)
