Don't have what they say they have
Attempted to get historic data from them which their website claims they have. Was told they had this so spent time confirming and made payment. Then after several weeks was told they can't get anything older than last 6 months, had to get a refund. Waste of time. Did at least have a nice website, might have current news text data.

Is this website fake ?
They didn’t respond to my thousands of messages… the bot in the website is useless and always offline.
Customer service is not responding at all…

Very good service with good price

Massive Datasets with Newsdata.io API for our product
The amount of data that comes in through Newsdata.io is massive, it's more than the other providers we tested. The Newsdata.io API is quite useful as well. Support is pretty good, too, they typically answer most questions within a couple of hours.

The service delivered by Newsdata.io is 1st class when comparing them to other content providers we work with. This company is simply a dream. Their communication with the customer is extremely good and all staff I've worked with are very friendly and professional, with a willingness to accommodate customer needs as best as possible.
