Baseball cards
The cards came out great. I ordered a set of regular season cards with a matte finish and those were on point. Then, sticking with tradition, ordered my sons All Star cards with a glossy finish. Those came out perfect as well. These are a big hit with the parents. Each kid gets a pack of his entire team, not just his own card. The parents always want an extra pack or two as well.

Online portal not dependable
My experience was great other than the fact that I had to send in the artwork by email because your team didn't receive it through the portal. The problem persisted when I sent in revised artwork, again through the portal, after receiving the first proof. Not a big deal as I wasn't in a rush but a few days went by when I realized that I wasn't getting a response and therefore I had to follow up.

I am usually happy with my purchases
I am usually happy with my purchases. but the last order arrived with on name receiveing twice the order and one name missing all together. I contacted my rep and I guess he forwarded this to the production manager that emailed me saying order was filled as correctly? so I then opened the boxes for the person getting double order and I found the missing cards Scattered between the other persons cards. I had to go through over 1000 cars to seperate them correctly, not happy

Very happy with by Newprint experience. They were responsive and eager to make sure I was happy with my print job. There was some font fading in my initial mock-up and they were super helpful in troubleshooting the problem. I will be a returning customer.
