This is a dishonest company, they will send you a cheaper item then refused to replace or refund.
AVOID FO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!

One star is generous!! This company are absolute scammers. I purchased a foot massager for £17.00 and got sent a completely different product. After approx 16 emails bank n forth I got offered 0.51p refund. What a joke!!! Please don’t purchase anything from this company ever!!! Absolute wasters and fraudsters.

I ordered a product....took quite a while to receive. Once I did, It was not even close to the item I ordered, they sent the wrong item. I emailed customer service, with pictures to show what was sent and my invoice as to what was ordered. took close to a month to get a response. Once I did, they asked for shipping label, pictures and other unnecessary things. I demanded a return label to return the wrong item sent and a refund because I ended up purchasing the same item from a reputable company. I have received a $1.00 refund and given tons of excuses why they can't make their mistake right! It is now 3 months and they are still making excuses! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! UPDATE: AFTER READING OTHER REVIEWS, THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! THEY POST A PICTURE AND SEND SOMETHING MUCH CHEAPER AND TOTALLY DIFFERENT!

They don’t send the product you order and claim for weeks on end with countless emails they are investigating.

Do not purchase from them!!

The worst service company I have ever dealt with. They shipped me the wrong product and after 4 months of email communication they refund me (which I not asked as I just wanted what I ordered) the refunded me $0.90 while
I paid $30) as they said the had cost delivering it. They make the mistake and let the customer pay for their errors. The worst experience ever and I will tell everyone

This product was nothing like its description online. There was absolutely no information provided for a return address. Total scam! Buyer beware!

Jeg fik den helt forkerte vare og selv om jeg har skrevet en mail ang dette har de har svaret de vil løse det sker der INTET.
De svarer heller ikke mere på mine mails

I ordered a fold out hassock/dog ramp ($45) for my 100 pound dog to get up into the car. After a month of waiting and asking them where the f was my ramp, what I got was a flat box with components which, when put together, amounted to a 5 inch ramp for a teacup sized dog. After DOZENS, and I mean DOZENS of emails with pictures of 1. what I ordered 2. what I received, they would not simply email me a return mailing label. Instead they asked OVER AND OVER AGAIN to describe the complaint. I need a mailing label to return the damn product.

This is definetly Fraud. I bought something there. They delivered the wrong item. They make a fuss to solve the issue while I would just like to get my ordered item. Aftercare is super slow to non responsive and no solution is proposed. Would not recommend at all. They are not solving the issue and pretend to help you.

"This company is a complete scam! I purchased a Tape Applicator for $102.00 , and what I received was a completely different product than what was shown, and of very poor quality. On top of that, I only got a ridiculous refund of $3.00 , which is a total joke! It's unacceptable that they continue to operate with so many complaints from dissatisfied customers. Their customer service is a joke; they won't even try to resolve the issues. Don't be fooled! Stay away from this fraudulent company and save your money."

Jeg har bestilt en folde-bar hundetrappe. Det var ikke den vare, jeg havde fik.
I stedet for lå der en rampe til et rotte i pakken.
Det er tydeligvis en bevidst svindelmetode, hvor de bruger forkerte varer til at skabe falske trackingnumre.
Jeg har skrevet flere mails og de svare med standard svar og da jeg skriver at jeg gerne vil sende varen retur, høre jeg ikke mere fra dem.
Det er rent bedrag.
Køb ALDRIG noget her!

En ting er at der står kort levering, man ved ting fra Asien tager ca. 5 uger om at nå frem.
Bestilte et rullebord og fik en pandekage presser...

Jeg bestilte en folde-bar hundetrappe helt tilbage d. 17/4 og betalte ekstra for ekspreslevering for at få varen hurtigt.På trods af det, har jeg først modtaget pakken i dag – og det var ikke engang den vare, jeg havde bestilt. I stedet for min bestilling lå der en rampe til et hamster i pakken. Det er tydeligvis en bevidst svindelmetode, hvor de bruger forkerte varer til at skabe falske trackingnumre. Det er rent bedrag. Køb aldrig noget her!
