This is where real system change takes place! Where we have become accustomed to mindlessly shopping based on what we are tempted to purchase in the moment and preferably for the lowest price (even though we now know the consequences for people and the environment). At New Optimist you can shop shamelessly. Beautiful quality, natural dyeing technique, fair employment and deposits on all garments. Yes a deposit! When you are done wearing your garment en bring it back (even if it is all worn out or stained) you get your refund back and you can even follow the recycling proces via the QR code. Also when you shop at the studio in Amsterdam you can see the entire process of making the clothes from start to finish, which will make you love your purchase even more. A brand with a mission, telling a new story. Check ik out!

Shoppen zonder schaamte

Gisteren in de winkel en het atelier van New Optimist geweest en me sinds jaaaaren weer eens te buiten gegaan. Ik koop vrijwel geen (nieuwe) kleding meer terwijl ik er wel heel erg van houd, maar hier klopt werkelijk ALLES waardoor je gewoon schaamteloos kunt shoppen. Prachtige kwaliteit, natuurlijke verftechniek, statiegeld op alle kledingstukken… hier vind echt systeemverandering plaats. En geweldig om het hele maakproces gewoon te kunnen zien daar waardoor je nog meer van je aankoop gaat houden en er beter voor gaat zorgen. Een merk met een missie, go check it out 🍀
