Just do some research before you do this. I signed up for intrest, you'll have to pay before you see any money... which is OK in some circumstances... but the HMRC documents aren't a comfortable viewing

I have to write my experience with these guys as I felt it was a con -job when they tried to recruit me. My concern is to the vulnerable and those who are desperate that they may be taken advantage of. I was invited their Developers boot camp. It was 10 hrs of online sessions with Rosie and Pete. It was 2 hours per day for 5 days packed with basic information of what they actually do with commercial breaks promoting build up membership. They mention that they have unlimited access to funds and they wanted joint ventures. They preferred to train people they could work with and they will make up their money through joint ventures with the trainees. The cost of this build up membership was never disclosed. They were quiet convincing therefore I booked up for a call. The information they offered was interesting to attract one into the membership but not detailed enough to do any work with it - it gave a general idea of what property development is like. They said everything I wanted to hear and they sounded pretty genuine therefore I booked for an interview. On the day of interview the cost was disclosed to be £8000 +VAT therefore totalling around £10000. He claimed that they pay £5000 for search land which is the best search engine for property developers. When I checked with search land, the subscription for my level is £190pcm - no where close to what he was claiming for. I felt the interviewer was more interested in getting upfront pay of £10,000 in total. He didn't think this was a lot of money at all. When I argued that they could recruit me and we could sign an agreement and once I get trained and we do a joint venture then they could deduct their fee from my payment. It seemed like he spoke with a few people who suggested a similar idea too. He argued that they are like a university. When I argued to him that they can't compare themselves to a University, which is true he seemed to be uncomfortable and did not want any more conversation therefore he ended up the call. It felt like CON comedy but either a novice artist or the conman trying against an educated good citizen in the land. Please take EXTREME CAUTION with these people. Do your due diligence. I struggle to believe the reviews I see here. Hope that helps.

Exactly 2 months ago I wrote a review. They responded after they saw it via WhatsApp texts. They collected all my details and evidence of payments. When they realised my review was legitimate, they offered me a refund and/or stay on their programme. Of which I accepted the refund and declined the program as I am with another company now. They started ignoring me again as usual. I then later received an email asking me to take my review down and that they would partially refund. I refused to take my review down. Now they have gone back to ignoring all my efforts of communication. I still have not been refunded my money. Making me feel stupid to my investors as they're expecting this refund. This company is not professional at all. Fake!

If i'm completely honest I wasn't expecting great things as there is real stigma against property training and a lot of courses that under-deliver.

How wrong was I... currently mid way through the course and it's jam packed full of knowledge, broken down into bitesize pieces. So much information and delivered in a way that makes absorbing it all so much easier + we are given a weekly action plan of tasks to complete. Bring on the next 3-4 weeks!

This course is not a crack to property development. It is a full breach.
The course is the real deal combination of Amazing Race and The Apprentice (the non-TV version though) and is beating hands down a lot of degrees i took over the years and connects dots which were forgotten by many schools.

The course is hands down, extremely alert, interactive and practical and you will find answers to any of your questions.

Rosey is the mastermind behind it, the main player and the main character. One lady show with lots of stamina and brains.

You will enjoy it.

Warning: you may need to grow another pair and keep up with the flow of information and energy.

I have been doing the course for about a year now as it takes me some time. I would 100% recommend this course. It’s so in depth and step by step shows you how to get into development business. Personally I’m so glad I decided to do this course.

Why do all wildly successful property developers want to handhold amateurs and show them the ropes so they can taste the good life of fast cars, leased Range Rovers and multiple properties?

I just don't understand it, why would anyone want to train up their own executioner who will compete for the same deals as them. Maybe one of the glowing five star reviewers can explain.

This paid course (£5k) is pushed heavily via email once you watch the initial taster. Many last offers and last chances will come your way.

This course is everything I was looking for to get started in development. I spent months researching development prior to starting the course and thought I knew a fair amount, but the level of detail that Rosey goes into in the course made me realise how little I actually knew! It is set out in a very clear and logical way, and Rosey speaks clearly throughout. Every time a question popped into my head, she answered it with her next sentence. Couldn't recommend it more. Without the course it would've likely taken years and some very costly mistakes to reach the level of knowledge provided here. Very good job!

The course is fantastic! Very well constructed, extremely clear and gives you a lot of the "behind the curtain" type info. It isn't filled with fluff; but frank and to the point content. The ongoing support from Rosey and the team is excellent also! Can't recommend this course enough.

Working with Cassidy group on the property development mastery has been great! A lot more detailed content than I expected. There’s no way you could learn all the content provided on a weekend training course. The programme is broken down into 10 weeks making it easy to understand and progress through it at your own pace. The ongoing support from the Cassidy Team is brilliant. They hold weekly Q&As where you can ask any questions about any problems you’re facing. I am more than confident with the knowledge i have gained I will be able to get my property development business excelling in the foreseeable future.

I joined the Cassidy property Mastery programme roughly 3/4 months ago, having been part of another property group for sometime - this has genuinely been a breath of fresh air, I’ve always wanted simple processes, factual content and realistic expectations which this course has certainly delivered.
Over the past few years I have been working on small projects such as HMOs and residential flips but had wanted to learn how to fully understand, source, appraise and construct new build developments. Rosey and the team have given more than adequate knowledge and material to really help me understand the new build development process. We’ve been given a step by step guide from start to finish of how to find, filter, appraise and develop new build sites. They’ve then provided a platform for people to share success, challenges and given a simple forum for questions answered in real time by members of the group, including Rosey herself which has been simply fantastic.
Having direct access to Rosey and the team is an invaluable asset when going through the process.
Recently I have moved my focus to really start narrowing down on high value tasks such as finding sites and over the last month have identified over 40 viable sites for potential development. Not to mention I’m in current negotiations with two plots of land which I would never had the knowledge or confidence to do so without the access of this course.
Rosey has not only given access to content and knowledge but also been incredibly helpful in providing material, tools and referrals to really aid and fast track our development!

I'm about 4 months into the Property Development Mastery course and have found the level of detail, content and support to be fantastic. The way in which the information is delivered and explained makes it incredibly easy to follow, even for a novice like me! I was definitely sceptical about the course when I first signed up however that was soon replaced with confidence that I had made the right decision after starting the course and participating in the first live Q&A session. Prior to starting the course, my experience was simply buying and renovating properties so this has certainly opened my eyes to my potential moving forward. To anyone sitting on the fence, if property development is something you are genuinely excited about then you'll have no regrets, sign up and get access to some seriously amazing content. And not forgetting the support from Rosey, her level of knowledge is almost unbelievable, the way that she can answer some of the most obscure questions, on the spot and with such detail continues to amaze me. I still have a long way to go on the course but I'm confident I'll be having my first negotiations with landowners by Summer 2021. All in all, I am really enjoying the course so well done to Rosey and the team, keep up the good work!

I have been apart of the course and PDM community for roughly 12 months. The content is without doubt the most detailed and easily understood I’ve come across, the support mechanism is also unbelievably good and very accessible - I’d pay again if I was asked I would absolutely recommend people to do it, but only if you’re willing to commit time to developing yourself and finding sites, although you’re given the tools to go to work, it’s your perseverance that will make the investment into training successful

I really struggle to find fault with the course content, not only because it’s so detailed and comprehensive, but because Rosey is always updating it with more useful information. She is an experienced developer and is clearly highly knowledgeable, having worked and been brought up in the industry. Absolutely invaluable to the whole experience is the support and ongoing Q&A. As with anything, you have to have the drive to learn, study and take action yourself, but should you get stuck, Rosey is on hand to offer invaluable advice. I’ve spent lots of money on education over the years (including university) and honestly think this probably offers the best return on investment out of everything I’ve done before (currently my main job is in investment banking). If the course was twice the price, it would still be value for money. I have no doubt my property company will grow to be at a stage where we’ll be building the next generation of housing thanks to Rosey’s help and the course she’s produced.

I joined the Property Development Mastery training back in May of this year. I am an engineer with 8 years in industry and was fed up working for a large company where I was working really hard to make someone else money! I always had a passion for property and had done a few flips/renovations with good returns but never enough to allow me to leave work. I was looking on Google and Youtube at alternative property strategies and came across Rosey's channel. The most appealing thing about this training over others was the fact that it comes from a company who has 30 years worth of actual development experience.

My knowledge before joining the program was mediocre because I had been on on two well-known property investment courses but the level of content and knowledge in Rosey's program absolutely blew me away. It was on a completely different level to the courses I had been on before and the amount of detail in each lesson exceeded all of my expectations. The lessons are easy to follow and always coupled with real life examples of developments which I found very helpful to see how the theories and practices you are learning about are implemented into a physical development.

Probably the most helpful part of the program is having ongoing access to Rosey and being a part of the network/community of students. The weekly Q&As with Rosey are so useful and being able to ask questions to the professionals that she has included in the Facebook group are invaluable because you have absolute confidence in their advice.

I am currently still searching for sites and negotiating with 3 landowners over potential purchases of their land subject to planning. Even if only one of these 3 deals comes in I will be able to leave my job and go full-time into property which will be amazing!

I couldn't recommend this program more. The only regret that I have is that I didn't come across Rosey and the Cassidy Group sooner! This blows the other two courses I've done completely out of the water and is the best training I have ever done. Well done Rosey!!
