The Limes Tetbury
All the staff including the guys working on the The Limes, Tetbury site have been very helpful. The Sales Team especially good. Most of the snagging problems were addressed within days. Those requiring more serious attention, eg had to be replaced by outside companies, obviously are taking a bit longer. One problem I experienced was difficulty in finding all the information to register appliances, eg cookers, heat pump etc but once Jayne, (Sales Team on site) got involved she helped greatly.

We are delighted with our new home. We purchased it off plan and had to wait a few months for completion. We were kept up to date with the progress by Bev and Holy and by site visits with Ron.
We love our new home, and have been really impressed with the design and finish of the house, and also the speed with which the minor problems have been resolved. Everyone has been very helpful throughout the process. Many thanks to Ron, Bev and Holly for making the whole experience a positive one.

As a first-time buyer, I wasn’t really sure what to expect from the whole process, but Holly and Bev were incredibly reassuring, positive and always took the time to listen to any questions or concerns I had. They made the whole experience feel so much less daunting.

We’ve had a really positive experience with our Newland home and are overall really pleased with the house. There were a few snagging issues on completion (to be expected), and some of the finishes felt a little rushed, but these have been addressed and overall we’re very happy with the quality of the home.

A special mention has to go to Bev and Holly in the sales team, who have been incredibly helpful, friendly and approachable throughout the process. They’ve always been on hand to answer our questions especially when we were selling our previous home and had challenges with estate agents, keep us updated and make the whole experience much easier and less stressful.

We’d also like to mention how friendly and approachable Ron and all the construction teams have been. Everyone we’ve spoken to on site has been helpful, polite and happy to answer questions, which has made the whole experience feel really positive. Overall, we’re very pleased with our new home and would definitely recommend the team.

It was as an exciting time and we are delighted we took the opportunity of living in a Newland Home as it holds promise for the future being low -carbon and all the people involved with the project were lovely

Sales staff were excellent. Generally the houses are attractive and well designed. As with any new build there have been issues but these have mainly been sorted and usually promptly. We are still waiting the roads and green spaces to be completed. Generally happy, however.

Five-star experience – Kempster’s Reach ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Our journey with Newland Homes at Kempster’s Reach certainly wasn’t planned!
We originally viewed the development in July when our own home wasn’t even on the market!!
We were thinking about a pre-built home, but after viewing Kempster’s Reach, we decided that location, development and plot was the one for us.
We then put our own home on the market, which sold within 2 days to cash no chain buyer 🤗
From putting our house on the market beginning August, to completing the purchase end September, our new Newland home was just seven weeks — an exciting but incredibly stressful whirlwind!

A huge part of making that journey manageable was Evelyn in the sales office. She kept us informed throughout, answered our endless questions and, most importantly, understood just how emotional and stressful moving home can be.

There were some particularly stressful days, and Evelyn was always a calm, reassuring presence when we needed it most. She also had the occasional job of talking me down when the stress levels got a little too high! 😂

What we appreciated most was that she genuinely treated us as people, not simply as customers. Her empathy, patience and communication made a real difference throughout the process.

We are incredibly grateful to have had Evelyn alongside us throughout what has been a whirlwind of a move. She has made a major life event which can be stressful at times feel so much more manageable.

Buying a house is always going to be a stressful experience. And it was very much so - until we finally decided to buy a new Newland Home. Lesley and Charlotte (the Sales consultants) could never do enough for us. Continuous contact and updates before moving, especially letting us know how the chain was progressing, helped enormously with our planning. On moving day and in the period afterwards they were both there to handle our numerous questions and assist with any problems. They're a real team with excellent customer focus and service.

Holly, Bev and Ron have been fantastic - whenever we have needed something, they have always been on hand to help for a smooth process. Thank you very much!!

We brought a Newland Homes property in Wiltshire and were delighted to see Caz again who sold us our last new build home when she was at a different developers. As expected, same high level of customer care and attention to tasks. Yes there has been some big snagging issues like our front door lock breaking on day 3 but this was fixed the same day it was reported. Like all developments, often let down by some contractors not finishing to a high standard but I'm confident the rest of the snagging list will get resolved. Overall build and design of Newland Homes is excellent and would buy from the same developer in future.

From the moment we stepped into the sales office & the lovely warm welcome we were greeted with, we knew we were in good hands. Bev, Holly & Ron were exceptional. Due to some personal circumstances throughout our journey, the support & understanding we received was amazing. We love our house, we love the development & everyone we have come across including the site team have been wonderful. Any issues which we have raised , have be dealt with & rectified quickly. Would highly recommend Newland Homes

The site representative 'Holly' was an absolute pleasure to deal with.
Her presentation, personal and professional, was first class.
Fabulous demeanour, wonderful customer care, and really knowledgeable in respect of properties, time schedules, and local area amenities.
We loved the property on offer, unfortunately we needed a different location.

The experience was exhausting but lovely. Loved the way they handled everything from the start of the process to the end until we moved in. Great team work shown and would recomend anyone who wants to own a house.

Having purchased several new homes before i know fully what to expect but i can honestly say Newland Homes have been clearly the worst developer i have had to deal with. They try to market themselves as a premium developer providing an above average house but sadly this is far from the case. The terrible condition of my home and ongoing saga with their so called customer care team has been abysmal. 7 months in, i still cant close my back door or open the garage and now face.being moved into tempoary accommodation whilst they grind the floor down. The contractors who came to look at the issue informed me they had warned Newland about the issue, but they were told " get it down as we need this one in for xmas, and if theres a problem we will deal with it" So if theres a target to hit, watch out your home will be the 1st to suffer. The house was sold as climate considerate, well considering all the missing insulation thats false advertising. They talk about a new homes consumer code but i made a formal complaint and its been swept under the carpet. Avoid like the plague, sales staff were nice sadly very let down by the delivery of a sub standard product.

I was told three weeks ago someone would be in touch regarding the numerous outstanding issues before i get moved into an air bnb to fix this mess, suprise suprise no one has called - absolute joke.

Working in possible contravention of planning? Demolition work is producing VERY heavy vibration, currently only around fifteen metres away from active badger setts. Have spoken to the company regarding the general vibration problem, but it would seem to be using delaying tactics as no response or change in approach to the work has been noticed.

Tetbury Men's Sheds asked for help with insulation for their extension and Newland Homes came and measured up and delivered the insulation to site.

A very generous gift that the men were extremely grateful for.
