Excellent inspection even on difficult properties like mine.

We had will in our new home yesterday carrying out a snagging report. Take this from someone who doesn’t spend money on pointless things, this is the best money I’ve ever spent I know when we move into new homes we don’t want to believe they may not be as good as what we think but the reality is 99.9% of the time they’re not and do you really want to be the one paying out to get problems fixed or loosing out on money when you come to sell the property because of hidden issues. How I see it is it cost me £400 but saved me thousands. Will was so efficient, professional & friendly throughout his inspection.

As a first time buyer of a new build house we decided to get a professional snagger from new home quality control to help us through this process. Paul was brilliant, explained everything clearly and gave us the peace of mind of knowing no stone was left unturned. He spotted things we never would have in a million years and provided a clear report with photos and descriptions of each issue by the following day. Its also appreciated by the developers as they have a clear 'to-do' list to work through to ensure the house is built to expected quality and NHBC standards. I highly recommend this service.

Just recently had a post-completion survey. Very thorough and detailed report, definitely worth the piece of mind knowing what needs correcting and all the cosmetic issues.

The inspection was done very efficiently, given that the house has too much furniture present! The only other issue identified has been that the kitchen tap has been poorly installed and was beginning to rotate., to be fair this happened after the inspection. My son has tightened it up today, and checked the identical tap in the utility room.

Very slick process from start to finish, Tony was my inspector and he was brilliant and very thorough and answered any questions I had as he went along. I would recommend this company!

We had Johnny from New Home Quality Control out to do snag. Really nice guy explained everything very well and nothing was an issue happy to answer any questions even after the snag. 115 issues found in house, just shows you why you should get one of these done worth every penny: would recommend using this company to anyone. Brilliant service.

Honestly, I had Helen as my inspector and she was great, really pleasant to talk to and told me about everything she was completing in the inspection. Helen completed her work in around 3 hours and did everything I could’ve asked. I sent the report over to the builders and there actual comment was that it is a ‘fair list’ and would get to work on all of the issues she had found and didn’t try and argue with any of the issues Helen found at all.

If you have a new build I would definitely recommend it and if you end up with Helen as your inspector you’ve got a gem!

Well worth using new home quality control ltd ,very professional from the booking to the final report,detailed report things that were picked up that I did not see .

Very easy to arrange, attentive staff arranging the inspection directly with the site on my behalf. Snagging report itself showed a really high attention to detail, to be honest I wouldn't have noticed many of those snags myself, so I was very appreciative to have them listed in the way that they were, with a detailed report. I would absolutely recommend.

Troy from New Home Quality Control was very informative and thorough. Everything they promised they would do, they did. Report came through within 24 hours and I was dreading receiving it but it's user friendly with pictures and comments alongside.

Had the pleasure of meeting Glen who inspected my new build property on the 29th June.
He was extremely thorough in his inspection as well as talking me through any significant issues he'd found.
Due to uncontrollable circumstances, he arrived 2.5h later than expected, so would be prudent to book out the entire day for the inspection.
Only improvement I'd like would have been to be sent a paper copy of the report as is required by the housing developers to correct any issues.
