We have used Newbury Self Store for 6 years. They are a locally owned and managed store who are wonderfully easy to deal with. They communicate really well and are always there to help. Their facilities are really well organised with trolleys and lifts on hand.

I found the process of obtaining a unit very straightforward and the team dealing with it extremely helpful and friendly.
What was expected to be a few months storage became over a year and my possessions remained secure and in good condition in all that time.
The charges were very reasonable and any monies due back at the end of contract swiftly dealt with( almost immediately!).
I would not hesitate to use Newbury Self Store again and wold highly recommend to others.

Newbury Self Store were able to accommodate my belongings at relatively short notice and the customer service from start to finish was great (particular thanks to Anita and Robin). I was shown around and there was no obligation to book. The booking of storage is flexible and good value, and the location is excellent. It's great to be able to support an independent business like this.

Our business has hired a unit at Newbury Self Store since 2018. During this time our storage needs have changed several times and the staff have always accommodated these in a helpful and timely manner. The premises are kept clean and in excellent condition. There is a lift for the upper floor units, trolleys to help with loading and unloading and customer toilets. You can buy boxes, tape, packing material and padlocks on site. There is plenty of parking and all units are easily accessible.
During opening hours, there are always helpful, friendly staff members on site, and on the end of the phone, to help with any questions. As we’re not local to the unit, the staff have been very accommodating with receiving deliveries on our behalf and placing them in our unit.
We pay by direct debit and receive our invoices on time and a receipt to confirm the payment has been taken.
The staff go above and beyond for us, and we are very pleased with all aspects of our hiring. We highly recommend Newbury Self Store.

The staff here could not be more helpful or polite. Nothing is too much trouble, no question is too silly, and they give you their time and attention. Units are clean and tidy. Access is easy and everything is explained and demonstrated. Better still, by using this company I am supporting an independent, local business.
