We have been New Backer clients since 2023. We have used their services five times and have always been satisfied. However, in 2026, they stopped responding to emails. There is no communication with the client, and the results are very poor. We no longer recommend them.
They were easy to work with and delivered on everything as promised! We had a short deadline and they still made it happen + even exceeded the revenue goals we had set. :)
the newbacker banner has been used to promote a project (vinylsonic) on kickstarter that has failed to deliver a product, nor proof of a product or production facility, in over 15 months since acquiring $660k funding from over 4000 backers. this includes no communication from the project authors since the date mentioned below, further casting doubt over whether due diligence has been carried out by newbacker to promote this project.
The NewBacker Team joined our campaign in the final hours and gave us a great boost which is really important at a closing day.
We discussed with Newbacker's team during the final stages of our project when there were few days left. We wanted to give our project one final push. Newbacker's team quickly understood our situation and implemented a newsletter for us promptly. Given the tight timeframe, other companies might have declined the request, but they did an excellent job, and we are very grateful. Moreover, the conversion rate from the newsletter was very good, so we would like to engage their services again for our next project.
NewBacker is worth every penny. They generated well over our expected sales from them. Anthony is very responsive, easy to communicate with, and very accommodating. Will surely partner with them again in our upcoming campaigns in the future.
