I bought a Julie Mehretu print from Bilou at New Art Editions. His price was excellent and he was quick to answer all of my questions. While a little skittish about the gallery’s small size, I decided to make the purchase. Sadly, when the print arrived it had been damaged in FedEx transit. Photos and details were exchanged, whereupon Bilou quickly issued me a full refund. Regrettably these things happen, but I wholeheartedly endorse Bilou for his professionalism in handling the problem so promptly and fairly. I would unhesitatingly purchase from him and his New Art Editions gallery again.
