Ben is a very friendly guy, and a good communicator. Although he had to delay start for a day due to another job over-running, he was on time for the rest of the week, finished my job in plenty of time, worked quietly, quickly and efficiently. He tidied up every day, and hoovered afterwards. The finish of the painting of all my interior walls was to a high standard, and I am very happy with his work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

i have worked with Nevilles for many years and seen the company expand. Their products are robust and of high quality, with new lines coming in all the time. The customer service team are always helpful and polite and very quick at getting back to you when there is an issue. The team are very dedicated to their customers and i have known them to go the extra mile to complete a delivery on time as promised. The sales team are very helpful and have great knowledge of their products and are always happy to discuss alternatives if needed.

Generally good but some items can be on back order for months - I had some saucepans on b/o for about 4 months also the various wooden menu clipboards are regularly on b/o sometimes again for several months.
