I ordered this product for my husband who is suffering from memory loss. I, too, was taken in by the advertisement by “Bill Gates”. I have been trying to ask for a refund but they conveniently said that I am out of my 60-day return period a day after they told me I was still in my refund period. This is TOTALLY a scam.
Don’t trust this company,they are a fraud/scam !
I have sent 4 emails asking two questions before I start the process, they ignore the questions and don’t reply to the emails,if they were legitimate they would be all over it,be very very careful K

I ordered this product after watching a long, now I know, fake endorsement by Bill Gates. It is very clever, AI generated image and voice of Gates. I have had Alzheimer's in my family so was susceptible. I did research after I got this fake product and found all users had also been subjected to Fake endorsements. I have requested a refund from PayPal as the seller is predictably not available no matter how you try to contact them.
This is a complete scam. The videos showing celebrity endorsements are AI fakes. For example the Bill Gates long form video sales pitch is a total fabrication, as are Steve Martin and Tom Hanks endorsements.

Fake AARP site, deep-fake Elon Musk video. Clear scam. Preying on those with alzheimers.
This is a 1000% scam with the ingrdients even disagreeing with what their video said was going in and then they scammed Bill Gates pretending that he is involved which he has nothing to do with it.
