This platform is a scam. Don’t waste your time or money.

I paid $312 for a year and used it for less than a day. The results were glitchy, unusable, and nowhere near what was advertised. I immediately requested a refund and was only given $273 back.

They kept nearly $40 for “a month of usage” — even though I can’t even access the platform for that month.

The math isn’t mathin'.

Do yourself a favor: skip this and put your money into a ChatGPT subscription and use Sora or Runway. You'll get better results and actual control over your creative work.

I just wanted to highlight how fantastic Neural Frames is! There's a lot of AI platforms out there to create content but what Neural Frames has managed to create is very user friendly and intuitive and exactly what I was looking for to create AI Music Videos. As I started using more and more their platform and educate myself on the different tools, I'm wowed and amazed by the results which are well beyond whatever I imagined would be possible. I also want to highlight their fantastic and prompt service. Keep up the amazing work!

Neural Frames is awesome!!!! It exceeded my expectations allowing me to make amazing music videos for my electronic music. This helped me reach new audiences and engage them in an immersive way.

The quality of the videos and how it interacts with the music is just perfect. Yes, there is a learning curve, you need to experiment with prompts and models, and find your style and learn to tell the story you want to tell, but that's life.

I have been using neural frames for 1 1/2 years. It's been a long time, and NF has come a long way in all that time. The recent addition of "autopilot" marked a massive improvement for me, as I create a lot of music, and I still want to have great videos for all of it. While I still do a lot of manual work, which can take days for a video, some of my best (and best-performing) ones were done with NeuralFrames Autopilot in a very short time. Theoretically, it could take minutes, but investing the time to give NF a proper script makes a huge difference, so I usually take this time. It's still "minutes", just a few more as you can write it together with e.g., GPT, so it doesn't take forever, too. Still, the control difference and quality are significant. Neuralframes is also a fantastic team and always very helpful when you need something or have comments on what could be improved. I can wholeheartedly recommend this fantastic company and product!

NF is first, a company that I can get behind due to it's amazing support. Anything you don't understand? There is a helpful group of people who can guide you and the people who make/operate the platform are there to help too. They also value feedback and even some of my suggestions are now features. The platform is what I use to make my music videos and I love the choices for types of video you can generate. Everything from super real to out there and trippy. I have made hundreds of videos. A must have tool for those who love to create beautiful music videos and have simple controls and variable tweaks at hand. This platform also delivers an autopilot experience that, IMHO is way above the others at the moment. And that is still being updated and made better. You can't go wrong with this if you're a creator. Give it a spin. You'll be hooked. :)

I was looking for a way to generate music videos for our band's tracks. After having tried 2 other platforms, I discovered Neural Frames...and I was amazed by the possibilities immediately.

The UI works like a video editing app or DAW, so if you use things like Premiere Pro or Ableton Live, you will get the hang of it quickly. The good thing with Neural Frames' approach is that it gives you a lot of control over what is generated.

But the best thing is: If you're stuck, there are a lot of tutorials that will help you out. And the Neural Frames Discord server is one of the most helping communities I've come across. Other users are always willing to share their tricks and guide you through the process. And the team is amazing, too. You can report bugs that are dealt with quickly and give feedback how to improve the platform.

There's also the option now to use a feature called Autopilot which creates music videos for you automatically: upload a track, choose an art style, and write a prompt describing what should happen in the video...and autopilot will do the rest. But be aware that like with all video generating platforms, there is some trial and error involved and some clips are just 'meh'. The cool thing though is that you can rerender only those and keep the ones that you like...and then refine everything in the UI.

As I said, Neural Frames listens to its users and our feedback for the autopilot function was actually used to improve it...it now has better character consistency across the different clips.

Overall, I am very happy with my switch over to Neural Frames, and I'm curious where it will go from here.

This product isn't worth the investment. While the concept is promising, the execution falls short. Object and human rendering is unnatural, and custom changes consistently lead to incorrect or poor-quality results. Additionally, any videos generated require significant post-production. The cost is exorbitant; creating a high-quality four-minute video would cost 3,000-4,000 points, while their trial only offers 120 points. This appears to be another example of a company prioritizing profit over a ready-to-use product.

I knew the 30 starting credits were just a lure. Make it 100, otherwise it'll seem shady and scare people away.

The options and the different AIs are pretty good, and after a bit of trial and error, I got the hang of it.

The prices are pretty high, though. I understand it's new, but I think people would spend more if the higher categories weren't so expensive.

Don’t do it. It’s a bait and switch. They are not upfront with their “free trial”. It’s only 30 credits. I was taken to a page to enter my credit card information (not unusual as many companies hope that you’ll forget and you’ll be charged after the trial period is over.)
I chose monthly and I cancelled mine on the very same day. I was charged for a full year immediately after cancellation. $156

When I contacted them about a refund, they did in fact offer a refund but not for the full amount because I went over their free credits. What company even allows anyone to go over their free credits and then also charge a whole year of service when the service is being cancelled without hesitation?

This company is unethical and their service is garbage.

Neural frames was already a good solution to get engaging visuals to one's music, but with the new Autopilot function you get AI-generated scenes with narrative control - it really levels up the game completely! There's no service like it (yet) - I can highly recommend!

This is a fantastic tool for creating AI music videos. It’s user friendly, the customer support is excellent and the results are nothing short of stunning.

I'm fairly new to Neural Frames and Ai video creation in general and am loving it!! It's a lot of fun. There are so many possibilities for rendering and even a beginner can produce some great results. The customer support is amazing - Liz has been incredibly helpful with my novice questions. There seems a really nice community of users too. I highly recommend giving it a go!

I love Neural Frames, I've now produced videos for my music projects, including a video for each track for a full album. The possibilities are endless with this software and its improving all the time. I must say the support from Liz @ Neural Frames as been absolutely excellent

I've had neuralframes since Sept 2023 and produce everything from music videos, science and hisory short documentaries, you name it. This puts me working with Ai since there was Ai to work with, so have seen many platforms from which to manipulate imagery and media in general. No one but no one has the ease of use, nor the variety of different specialized style formats as neuralframes and the short but super helpful tutorials get you up and running consisely, clearly, and quickly. I'm in love with neuralframes for the ease of use alone and the rest is just really fantastic gravy. Excellent customer service as well, much to my surprise, (because good customer service is so rare these days) I made a mistake and needed them to fix it on their end and with a single email it was managed within moments. I don't see an end in sight for my neuralframes subscription because they are frequently improving the site and adding amazing new features so it just keeps getting better. Bravo neuralframes!

I was looking for a service to do my own ai videos for my band Rick Lee Vinson Group. I researched quite a few of these services and came across Neural Frames. I viewed all 12 of their YouTube instructional videos to see if I could work with their program. It turns out that the program itself is incredible and the results are far and away beyond anything I thought I was capable of doing. But the customer service from Neural is equal to if not better than the program itself. They truly care about their clients, and they have been completely responsive and supportive of me and my endeavors. Seriously; look no further if you are trying to make your own ai videos there is no one better in my opinion.

I believe that Neural Frames is the best company to produce AI music videos or have them produced. The subject matter is complicated and you have to invest a few hours before you get good results, but I can't see a better way than through Neural Frames. This company joins the ranks of companies from Germany that are world leaders when it comes to combining art and software. Why is that? Well, perhaps because these companies are a little more patient and don't immediately focus on revenue. They programme more carefully and when the programmes become more complex, they have fewer difficulties. Is it their sense of art, of things that gain rather than lose value over time? Well - we'll see!
