Also ich habe einen Heizelement für meinen Backofen bestellt. Der Preis: 18 Euro für Artikel + 6 Euro Versand. Aber natürlich diese Element funktioniert nicht!!! Ich habe Reklamation geschrieben!! Die Antwort war- ich sollte diese Heizelement zurück senden und bezahlen für Versand 24 Euro!!!! Das hat keinen Sinn!!!!!

Really good quality spurious part for Bosch machine
Part was a direct replacement for a Bosch machine and it fitted perfectly. Quality was good and would definitely buy again with quick delivery too.

Very poor communication
Very poor communication, customer service non existent, they don’t reply to emails when problems arise, very long delivery time . I opened dispute case through PayPal and only then they replied. Waiting to get my money back. Overall bad experience.

Recommend, would use again
Made navigating the thousands of different options for dishwasher trays/baskets quite straightforward - hint: know your precise model number!
Delivery took about 10 days.
Although the assembly instructions were minimal, the items slotted right in hint: take note of how the previous items were fitted before removal and installation of the new ones!

Fast and well packaged
The company is honest when it says if it has the part in stock or not. My part was in stock and was dispatched the next day. Also, the part I ordered was a fragile glass door and was packed perfectly in air filled plastic.

Terrible customer service
I am hugely disappointed with my experience with NETTOPARTS. My item arrived damaged. I requested a refund and received no reply to my emails. The issue is still not resolved and I have found their customer service to be terrible. I would strongly advise against ordering from NETTOPARTS.
